- Conduct routine quality control tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished milk powder products using approved methodologies and equipment.
- Perform regular inspections of production lines, ensuring adherence to quality standards and taking representative samples for analysis.
- Oversee the calibration and maintenance of quality control equipment to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
- Responsible for in-going and out-going inspection process.
- To monitor all non-conformance products, matter and liaise with related department for corrective action and preventive action.

Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field is typically required.
- Must fluent in Mandarin as requires dealing with Mandarin speaking internal.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Preferably good knowledge in GMP / HACCP / HALAL.
- Prior experience in quality control within the food or dairy industry, knowledge in milk powder manufacturing, is a plus.

Financial Planning & Analysis:
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting and analyse variances
Product Costing:
Oversee product costing processes including standard cost updates, cost roll-ups, and variance analysis
Asset Accounting:
Manage fixed asset lifecycle in SAP AA module including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals
Coordinate and ensure compliance with IFRS / local GAAP for asset accounting
Budgeting & Forecasting:
Drive the annual budgeting process and periodic reforecasts
Partner with department heads to align financial plans with operational goals
Power BI Reporting:

- Manage the achievement of operation’s key priorities in Safety, Quality, Productivity, People Engagement, and Cost for the assigned production lines.

- Utilize both internal and external resources (suppliers, experts, other factories, and corporate team) to ensure proper technical solutions are defined and implemented to eliminate root causes.
- Supports new product development or new process implementation.
- Ensure processes & equipment are compliant with all internal and external regulations.
- Ensure Redzone and SAP TECO completion as per given timeline.
- To initiate and complete at least ONE continuous improvement project (6 sigma/CI project etc) annually.
- Degree in engineering/science related field.
- With experience in managing manufacturing equipment and processes.
