This position ensures that manufactured components and assembled products meet company standards and objectives to produce subsystems and systems. The Manufacturing Engineer monitors the overall production process, develops and implements corrective actions to improve product or process quality. To accomplish this, the Manufacturing Engineer continually works on products in the production area to strengthen knowledge and identify weaknesses in the product or process. The position requires an ability to work productively individually or as part of a group.

- Support production to achieve on time shipment (OTS) and revenue goals
- Management of non-conforming parts (NCMR) and implementation of corrective actions
- Implementing of EC (Engineering Changes)
- Participate / lead in NPI (New Product Introduction) projects

Skills & Attitude

- Work independently, strong team player, detail oriented, organized, and hands-on
- Experience with ERP systems on Material Master, BOMs, Routings, Documents. Experience with SAP is a plus

The Production Operator will follow all work instructions, equipment operating procedures, quality standards, and safety rules/guidelines while participating in a collaborative, team environment to achieve company goals.
Schedule: Must be available for all shifts to include day, evening, and overnight. Some shifts include weekends and weekend overnight. Shifts are a rotating swing shift.
