Ensures new product lines are set-up based on POR process, with capacity in line with forecasts provided by end customers. Ensures customer audits are passed prior to mass production release. Meet challenging volume ramp plans and production in- and output on a day-to-day basis. Hit outgoing quality and internal yield targets set between Enovix, its customers, and the subcontractor. To establishes quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards to drive efficiency and effectiveness with identifies opportunities for continual improvement. Spearhead LEAN deployment in shopfloor Drive value stream mapping, standardization and alignment of manufacturing processes Coordination and integration of efforts among operations, engineering, supply chain, quality & Reliability, contract manufacturer, customer service divisions to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes. Manages and monitor Manufacturing Operations areas on Operating supply and BOM material usage. Effectively manages shopfloor employees relations including hiring, discipline, rewards and recognition, and effective resources allocation. To work with manufacturer to develop, retain and nurture talent to support succession planning ensuring appropriate coaching, mentoring is available. Drive quality, cost, and delivery objectives that support the organization goals. With defines KPI for measuring and monitoring performances. Works with QA to introduce proper quality monitoring and resolve customer issues/ returns. Leads the operation to ensure meeting organization needs with lowest operation cost.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Five years of related experience. Completion of courses appropriates to the development of leadership, communication, and analytical skills that reinforce the Enovix attitudes, Corporate Objectives, and strategies and practices.
