Job Description

1. Perform all tasks assigned by the immediate superior in accordance with specifications and schedule.

15. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
16. Oversee year-end physical inventory counts and enforce 5S activities as assigned.
17. Evaluate and prepare GPD reports for subordinates at year-end.
18. Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Production, Engineering, Quality, or related fields.
2. 5-10 years of experience in SMT processes, with practical SAP knowledge preferred.
3. Knowledge of PFMEA, quality standards, and product knowledge.
4. Proficient in English communication and writing skills.
5. Experience leading a large team of over 50 blue-collar staff.
