Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Line Lead to oversee and manage line production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate will drive safety, productivity, and continuous improvement while leading a team to meet operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage the achievement of key operational priorities in Safety, Quality, Productivity, People Engagement, and Cost for assigned production lines.
Lead and oversee shopfloor operations, ensuring a Safety-First culture.
Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company standards at all times.
Oversee accurate data entry and system updates in Redzone, SAP, and other relevant systems within the required timelines.
Monitor and ensure product compliance with quality KPIs and production SOPs .
Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing deviations to maintain optimal production conditions.
Ensure processes and equipment comply with internal and external regulations .
Promote a continuous improvement mindset , providing RCCAPA solutions for any procedural or KPI deviations.
Lead, coach, and engage the team in operational excellence using the 4M’s + E methodology ( Man, Machine, Method, Material, Environment ).
Allocate plant resources, including manpower planning , to meet operational demands within budget.
Support new product development and process implementation .
Lead Start of Run (SOR) meetings and participate in other management-required discussions.
Remain stationed in the respective production line unless assigned official duties outside the shopfloor.
Work assigned shift schedules as determined by management.
Perform additional manufacturing-related tasks as assigned by the Manufacturing Manager or senior leadership .
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply, having 1-2 years of experience in supervisory roles will be an advantage.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a group of people and motivate a team effectively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, SAP)
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes. Ability to support process and equipment troubleshooting.
- Understanding and passion for continuous improvement methodologies.

Role Description: Domain Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing the overall successful delivery of products within the Domain, coordinating across product teams, and ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Product delivery leads manage the resources and drive efficient execution to deliver high-quality products.

Domain Delivery Lead is accountable for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and aligning with key business stakeholders to ensure that product requirements are met. They oversee resource allocation, including assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members, and monitor progress to ensure milestones are achieved. Additionally, they are responsible for mitigating risks, resolving issues, and maintaining overall quality and efficiency in product delivery processes. The Domain Delivery Lead plays a crucial role in driving successful outcomes and end-user satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration.

- Continuously evaluating and refining delivery processes, methodologies, and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality
- Ensuring that products are delivered within the agreed-upon timelines, meeting end-user expectations and business objectives
- Facilitating effective collaboration between different product teams, functions, and key stakeholders involved in the product delivery process
- Reviewing key artefacts to ensure that they are of sufficient quality and end-to-end solution is documented and maintained
- Identifying and managing potential risks that could impact product delivery, implementing mitigation strategies, and ensuring contingency plans are in place
- Efficiently allocating resources, budgets, and tools, to optimise productivity and ensure a successful delivery cycle
- Management of third parties / implementation partners, including contract / Statement of Work reviews

- On-time delivery: the percentage of products delivered within the agreed-upon timelines

- Resource utilisation (budget, personnel, and tools, to ensure efficient allocation and maximise productivity)
- Number of defects or issues encountered in delivered products to evaluate quality control processes
- Collaborating closely with Product Domain Leads to understand product vision, roadmap, and requirements, ensuring alignment between product strategy and delivery activities
- Interacting with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, testers, and analysts, to facilitate collaboration, manage dependencies, and ensure smooth execution of product delivery tasks
- Engaging with key stakeholders, such as business, architects, and end-users, to gather feedback, provide updates, and manage expectations, ensuring that the delivered product meets their needs and aligns with business objectives
- Facilitating agile practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the Domain delivery teams
- Promoting a culture of learning and improvement by gathering feedback, analysing delivery performance metrics, and implementing iterative changes to enhance the product delivery process
Functional:
- Strong understanding of product management principles
- Proficiency in agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Ability to engage and manage relationships with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management principles, including creating project plans, managing timelines, and mitigating risks
- Expertise in SAP Production Planning and Quality Management modules, supporting various manufacturing scenarios, and knowledge of Manufacturing Execution (ME) Solutions like SAP ME, 42Q, and S&OP tools such as Kinaxis.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and deployment practices, tools, and methodologies
- Ability to analyze data, metrics, and performance indicators
- Familiarity with quality assurance and testing processes, methodologies, and tools
- Proficiency in using and leveraging agile project management tools and technologies
- Strong understanding of the technical aspects related to the product being delivered
- Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban

- Performance Improvement: Drive cost, quality, and delivery improvements across all related sites during ramp-up and high-volume production, ensuring alignment with business objectives in close collaboration with production, test engineering, and R&D teams
- New Product Introduction and Change Management: Manage the ramp-up of new products and lead change management projects, ensuring seamless integration into existing production processes
- Sales and Marketing Support: Provide production-related support to Sales and Marketing colleagues, ensuring effective communication and alignment of production capabilities with customer needs
- Global Collaboration: Interact with global internal and external partners, fostering collaborative relationships and driving business growth through effective communication and partnership
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field is required
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in product engineering, test, design, or manufacturing within the semiconductor industry is required
