Attached to Final Test department. Responsible for performing various tasks include setup up, conversion, operate tester in Test operation, handle AOI machine, Final Visual Inspection, load and unload to oven and Packing in EOL operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform job duties, as assigned, in clean room environment. Able to follow SOP when perform Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper setup on equipment prior starting lot testing Handle machine and oven safely, according to procedure, and with appropriate caution Perform various final visual inspection according to the spec to detect defectsPerform packing according to the requirement and system transaction Properly complete all documentation, both online and written, as trained Contribute to ongoing area improvement projects, as experience develops Communicate effectively with co-workers, leads, and supervisors Maintain 5S housekeeping at workstation in production floor Perform other duty assigned by supervisor Promotes and adheres to Company’s commitment on corporate social responsibility

• Operate and maintain laser cutting, turret punching, and bending machines in accordance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and work orders to determine job specifications and requirements.
• Set up machines with the necessary tools, materials, and settings for production runs.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure precision and quality, making adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and report any malfunctions or issues to the supervisor.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by management.
• Track and report production metrics such as cycle time, downtime, and machine efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent quality and minimize rework or scrap.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing machine performance and reducing waste.
• Ensure workstations and the shop floor are kept clean and organized.
• Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations in the work environment.
• Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent education.
• At least two years of experience in sheet metal fabrication or a related field.
• Proficiency in operating machines such as laser cutters, turret punches, and bending machines.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work orders.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to make quick adjustments.
• Physically capable of handling shop conditions, including moderate noise levels and exposure to metal dust particles.
