P OSITION SUMMARY:
This job is on line focus on Production Output, Capacity, Cycle time, Shipment, Quality, Load in, OT, Productivity, Fool-proof, SOP Follow and training, Discipline.
- Be responsible for Cycle time/WIP Days/Output/Shipment/Quality/ Productivity and more objective to meet goals,
- Follow-up of the production plan in order to satisfy internal customer needs.
- Raise the productivity rate, reducing waste of resources, and improve 6S.
- Organize action plan to reach the targets of the company / department
- Coordinate quality and productivity improvement in the production area
- Implement action to prevent occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product, process and quality system through appropriate quality tools
- Complete the KPI/KIP.
- Drive the Small Group Activities
REQUIREMENTS: (Set out the qualifications, experience and functional skills/competencies that are essential for the position)
Qualifications, experience
- Bachelor degree or above
- With 2-3years or above related work experience in ASSY SMT/DP/DA/WB/3rdOpt & backend processes in semiconductor Company. (advantage)
Generic & Functional Skills / competencies
- Strong responsible and adapt for pressure; Hard-working;
- Good Communication with Sup./Leader /Op/PE/EE/Etc, could deal with different case and get agreement for Win-Win;
- Sense Active Brain, can find out abnormal in Line and Take action to improve;
- Observe issue with High level, could find out Quality risk, willing to take action to improve;
- Good Spoken and Written English, work with Excel/PPT Excellent;
- Familiar with 8D is plus.

Job Description
Production/Manufacturing Operations: Sets up and operates automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation. Manufactures sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production costs to meet marketplace demand. Monitors meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications. Resolves issues related to the organisation's production, machinery, processing and/or packaging operations. Follows established procedures and respects Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) concerning quality, safety and hygiene. Job Family Group - Manufacturing: Responsible for the organisation's manufacturing and/or production operations including assembly, machinery, processing and/or packaging. Sets production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand and to ensure maximum production quantity and quality.
Job Purpose
Responsible for the setup, operation, shutdown and cleaning of the required lines, equipments and manufacturing process properly in accordance with established Company’s and Regulatory Authorities policy such as GMP and Environment, Safety and Health procedures
Key Responsibilities
1. Perform EHS start up checks before starting production activities, adhere to LOTO procedure, follow safety guidelines as trained and raise ZAPs.
2. Perform packing activities, startup checks, in process checks and submit samples for quality control testing and retain samples, document them as per the instructions in the Master Packing Batch Record (MPBR).
3. Perform operation, line clearance, cleaning and changeover as per the standard operating procedure, work instruction, visual display and other instructional materials as trained.
4. Perform recording as per Good Documentation Practice and follow principles of ALCOA in Batch Documents, logbooks
5. Be accountable for and proactively complete the assigned mylearning ( classroom training, elearning, On Job Training ) before due date.
6. Escalate issues to First Line Leader as per escalation procedure to ensure quick resolution of issues.
7. Support Total Production Maintenance (TPM) activities such as ICLT and support improvements projects (CIF) and any deviation or product complaints.
8. Perform SAP transactions related to packing eg: materials received, good issue of materials, and good receipts of finished goods
Knowledge/ Education / Experience Required
- Possess at least SPM Qualification
- Fair command of English and Bahasa Malaysia

- MANUFACTURING SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT: Define methods and standards for program development, lead requirements capture and coordinate with corporate IT team for gap closure as required. Education/Experience Qualifications:
