In your new role you will:
- Performance Improvement: Drive cost, quality, and delivery improvements across all related sites during ramp-up and high-volume production, ensuring alignment with business objectives in close collaboration with production, test engineering, and R&D teams
- New Product Introduction and Change Management: Manage the ramp-up of new products and lead change management projects, ensuring seamless integration into existing production processes
- Sales and Marketing Support: Provide production-related support to Sales and Marketing colleagues, ensuring effective communication and alignment of production capabilities with customer needs

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field is required
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in product engineering, test, design, or manufacturing within the semiconductor industry is required
- Hands-on experience with data analysis, statistical methods, and database handling is essential
- Ideally, candidates should have project management know-how, with experience in managing projects from initiation to completion
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are required, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Fluent proficiency in English is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Provide effective above-site Control Systems sustainment support
- Leverage work processes and tools to facilitate effective above-site support, and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency
- Primary interface for remote engineering support with manufacturing Site Engineers
- Establish yourself as an extended member of the site Control Systems team, and proactively contribute to work-planning and prioritization discussions

- Maintain strong working relationship with Control System Support Team (CSST)
- Interface with and provide input to SME and Supervisor on issues and opportunities
- Monitoring and surveillance of integrity parameters to ensure reliable operations
- Troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and integrity recommendation stewardship
- Bad actor identification and analysis to reduce equipment downtime
- Data analytics, digital tools/technologies and operationalize upgraded work practices through digital transformation
- Overall integrity effectiveness and management
- Regional oversight and stewardship of integrity work product metrics for quality, effectiveness, and efficiency
- Coordination and communication between various global centers and business affiliates
- Technical mentoring and continuous on-the-job guidance to junior engineers
- Ability to learn and adapt to an agile and flexible working environment
About you
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology
- Experience with virtualization, networking, Windows servers, operating systems, Active Directory, domain controllers and/or PowerShell
- Experience with software configuration, integration, testing and technical documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers
- Troubleshooting skills, innovative and analytical thinking
- Intellectual rigor, strong drive and desire to lead change
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural global team
- Understanding of operational aspects such as high availability, monitoring, security, and robustness
