About Role: The Trainer is responsible for delivering client focused training to address the new hire, product update and recursive training requirement of Concentrix in support of client programs to ensure superior workforce preparation with best in class service and delivery.

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day-to-day functional direction of agents within the program training classroom environment, including student progress monitoring for the duration of training, providing coaching and developmental feedback and readiness recommendations
  • Utilize effective presentation and facilitation skills including creative training techniques and adult/accelerated learning techniques using a variety of training delivery modalities in a classroom environment
  • Prepare and present training materials through classroom learning, hands on demonstrations, and supporting activities
  • Accountable for achieving individual training performance metrics
  • Support and partner with Operations to transition of agents from training to production environment, ensuring competency levels meet business needs (where required)
  • Maintain relevant product knowledge for each account by taking calls, attending client and cross functional meetings (as needed), and side by side observations
  • Ensure effective, consistent communication with managers, peers, and other resource groups, including day-to-day informal interaction with clients
  • May support Instructional Design team in designing and developing training materials for various instructional delivery methods including; computer-based training, interactive, classroom training, and written job aids
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs using various feedback methods – focus groups, interviews, and surveys that will lead to enhancement of training resources and programs based on results of evaluation
  • Recommend curriculum modifications to Training Manager/Supervisor on the basis of internal customer feedback and/or Training Needs Analysis
  • Participate and contribute to continuous learning culture by maintaining engagement on change management, product and services releases, policies, processes, and procedures

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Graduate, preferably with min. 1 year of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in training methodologies, and soft skills (communication skills, critical thinking, time management, team building, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverable
  • Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Sense of professionalism and ability to develop good relationships

Responsibilities

Recruitment Process Management:

  • Source candidates through a range of channels, including LinkedIn, web adverts, referrals, networking, and candidate databases.
  • Build, develop, and maintain candidate talentpools.
  • Engage and screen prospective candidates, keeping records of all contact and outcomes within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Handle permanent recruitment briefings with the Hiring Manager - ensuring that the following topics are covered: job description, candidate profile, compensation & benefits, recruitment strategy, interview process, evaluation criteria, and timelines.
  • Make sure all roles are advertised on external careers sites
  • Coordinate both physical and virtual interviews in a timely manner between direct candidates and the interview panel
  • Liaise with Hiring Managers to ensure feedback is provided for all CVs and interviews.
  • Manage the verbal offer process with the candidate, before handing across the candidate to the inhouse client HR team.
  • Undertake ad hoc project work from time to time.

Relationship Management

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Provide credible and consultative advice and support to the client during the entire recruitment lifecycle
  • Liaise with people at all levels within the client organisation to stay up to speed with business plans, recruitment strategies and organisational structures - you'll also be the interface between client HR teams and line managers, our management team and the wider Direct Recruitment function
  • Help with the creation of jobs specs, ensuring they follow all legislative requirements
  • Following all internal and client policies and procedures, hitting our Service Level Agreement targets and looking for new ways to add value
  • Provide feedback on business development opportunities
  • Develop and deliver recruitment strategies and ideas
  • Implement simple, effective, and trackable resourcing, record-keeping and administration processes

Who You Are

  • At least 3 + years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally with in-house recruitment or RPO experience
  • A proven track record of meeting recruitment metrics / KPIs
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, human resources, and candidates
  • A passion in using data to present candidate market insights
  • Experience in utilizing an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.
  • Can speak Mandarin

ROLE: Telesales Executive - Mandarin Speaker

Location: Subway Visio Towel, KL Sentral, Malaysia.

Salary: RM3500 basic with commission up to RM5000

Languages: Mandarin + English

Headcount: 3

Market: Singapore Market

Joining date: 2nd September 2025

Work Hour: 9:30am to 6:30pm (Mon - Friday)

SPM & Above, with at least 6 months Sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call to vendor to promote and sell pop-up advertisement.
  • Present and explain products/services clearly to drive interest and sales.
  • Handle objections, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
  • Meet individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
  • Proven experience in telesales or a customer-facing sales role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees liquidity and cash management, FX operations, and bank guarantee processes for China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan
  • Applies specialized knowledge in treasury operations, risk management, and financial solutions to support and implement regional initiatives
  • Analyzes financial data to produce insights and summaries for treasury program reporting
  • Supports program delivery with practical application of subject matter expertise
  • Manages specific treasury processes within the function
  • Leads moderately complex treasury projects across assigned regions
  • Maintains and updates treasury policies and procedures

Education And Experience Required

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Typically 1+ years of relevant experience in finance, audit, and/or accounting

Knowledge And Skills

  • Sound understanding of treasury processes and other finance-related functions
  • Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks related to treasury in China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid financial and business acumen
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to read and write in Bahasa and Mandarin. Mandarin proficiency is required to support operations in China and Taiwan
