- Administer and improve the Training Compliance of the GC APAC and ensure that relevant training is assigned and completed by stakeholders, which includes leadership team in the Region
- Coordinate the training/ development needs for International Quality in GC APAC with respective country leaders. Develop yearly training/ development plan and execute accordingly
- Review, identify actions and/or provide support to Quality leader holistically to achieve Metrics Target
- Train, coach, and guide lower level employees on routine procedures. Provide input and mentorship for lower level employee's development plans

People / Stakeholder Management

• Lead, guide, and coach Plant QA Managers to strengthen leadership and QA performance.

• Act as a bridge between QA (Central) and plant execution for effective communication.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with Ops, Engineering, Supply Chain, and QA (Central).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree and / or Master in Science (Chemistry), Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years experienced in quality assurance management similar capacity preferably in manufacturing industry, with 4 years in a managerial post.
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) & Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).

Minimum 5 years’ experience in food manufacturing, experience in quality assurance / quality control in canned food, poultry, beverage industries is preferred. Candidates with GMP/HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO22000 and / or Ethics (SA8000) Trained is preferred. Demonstrated ability to work independently, communicate effectively, attention to details with analytical mind set. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with demonstrated flexibility and adaptability. Demonstrated problem solving, decision making, negotiation and presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
