Support Technology to manage and implement projects and enhancements in accordance with
SDLC within the approved timeline and budget. Responsible to manage the resources and
coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultant in order to

Principle Accountabilities
1. Accountable for delivery of specifics IT projects according to organization strategy and
direction.
2. Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects.
3. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
4. Develop project plans, define and schedule project activities and resource requirements.
5. Manage and track progress of cross-cultural IT teams and vendors on deliverables, costs,
schedule inter-team project dependencies, risks and issue using appropriate tools.
6. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and
presentations.
7. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely
and clear fashion.
8. Constantly monitor and periodically report on progress of the projects, problem encountered
and proposed solutions to all stakeholders.
9. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project deliverables.
10. Ensure deliverables are in compliance with organization’s policies, quality standards and
regulatory requirements.
11. Manage project financials to ensure that project is delivered within the budget.
12. Manage vendor relationship, including vendor contract negotiation and contract
management.
13. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence
them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
14. Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify
successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Purpose of Role
The role of a Change Management (CM) Consultant is to facilitate and support individuals through transitions within an organization. The consultant plays a crucial part in helping organizations navigate change, be it technological transformation, process improvement, or structural reorganization. Specifically, they ensure the seamless adaptation of existing business processes to meet the requirements of new IT systems. In doing so, CM Consultants assist employees and stakeholders in embracing and adopting new ways of working, technologies, or processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Oversee organizational change triggered by process, system changes or projects of various complexities to ensure the successful communication, adoption, and integration of changes into the new ways of working.
2. Execute and support the change management activities of the project.
3. Design, create, and oversee the distribution of communication materials including newsletters, posters, infographics, and presentations.
4. Plan, prepare and execute CM deliverables, with combined efforts from business community and project team e.g. change impact assessment, training summary report, and adoption plan.
5. Perform gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current processes and the capabilities of the new IT systems, proposing solutions to bridge those gaps.
6. Assess the impact of process adaptations on different stakeholders, departments, and overall business operations. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, change management team and end-users, to ensure seamless integration of adapted processes.
7. Coordinate training program for end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the adapted processes facilitated by the new IT systems. Administer training evaluations to gather feedback from participants. Use this feedback to improve the quality of training programs continuously.
8. Stay updated on industry best practices in change management and process adaptation.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in relevant fields e.g. communications, organizational psychology, human resource or equivalent in business or IT.
2. Added advantage with Change Management or Organizational Development certification, knowledge on change management methodologies.
3. Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in change management roles, business process analysis and adaptation.
4. Familiarity with project management methodologies commonly used in IT projects is a bonus, e.g. Agile, Waterfall

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital technology, including 3–5 years of hands-on experience in web, application, or technical product management—ideally within the insurance, design, user experience, or computing domains.
- Strong grasp of digital innovation, with the ability to translate vision and ideas into practical solutions within existing constraints. Must be comfortable working hands-on in technical environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Solid understanding of the product management lifecycle, as well as best practices in web and application development.

Track and analyze the performance of product tests and launches, conducting post-launch evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Communicate product updates and developments to cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring alignment across business users and end-users. Coordinate with Helpdesk and Planning teams to ensure effective communication and readiness for product-related inquiries.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital technology, including 3–5 years of hands-on experience in web, application, or technical product management—ideally within the insurance, design, user experience, or computing domains. Strong grasp of digital innovation, with the ability to translate vision and ideas into practical solutions within existing constraints. Must be comfortable working hands-on in technical environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Solid understanding of the product management lifecycle, as well as best practices in web and application development. Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with various development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and a working knowledge of standard software development practices.

Position Overview
