Responsibilities:
- Communicate and report to the Finance Manager, assisting the Finance Manager and various business departments with cost accounting and financial management.
- Issue monthly product line management reports and provide preliminary data analysis.
- Review and issue early warnings for departmental expenses (including auxiliary material costs, unit labor costs, etc.).
- Manage production work orders and control over-issued materials, ensuring timely, accurate, and reasonable material receipt and dispatch in the workshop and warehouse.
- Analyze and manage inventory, conduct regular inventory checks and verifications, and ensure consistency between inventory records and actual inventory.
- Responsible for regular asset audits, developing an annual asset inventory plan, organizing asset inventory work according to the plan, and issuing inventory analysis reports.
- Prepare five cost analysis reports, organize meetings, analyze issues, and track closed-loop management.
- Approve OA-related processes (procurement, sales, production, engineering, and other related documents).
- Cooperate with and promote the establishment and development of the information platform.
- Fully cooperate with all departments in the company's cost-saving improvement plans, providing data support from a financial perspective. Regularly review departmental management systems and processes, and monitor and control the implementation of internal systems.
- Regularly update BOM trends, material gross margins, and gross profit margins for each product line.
- Other tasks assigned by leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in finance, auditing or other related majors.
- CMA/ACCA qualification is preferred.
- Familiar with China Accounting Standards or International Accounting Standards.
- Proficient in various financial and data management systems such as SAP, OA, etc., and understand the system business process and related data logic flow.
- Strong observation and analytical skills, meticulous and rigorous work, and strong stress tolerance.
- 2+ years of experience in financial management in manufacturing industry or CPA firms.

In this position, you will be part of the RTR team and will be involved with transition activities (if any) and responsible for day-to-day RTR operation-related matters. This role will report into the Site Lead, Shared Service Center.
The RTR Lead manages the teams and end-to-end activities of RTR. The role its crucial through its interaction with key stakeholders in finance, business, outsourcing partner and global process owners. Current scope would cover 10 countries in APAC.
Overall, the responsibilities span the comprehensive management of financial transactions and personnel within the RTR - Management Accounting stream.
Job Responsibilities/Objectives:
- Work with SSC leadership, Local Finance, Business Leaders and outsourced party to establish service levels, performance metrics, and technology requirements, and adapt them as needed over time
- Transition and establishment of the RTR operations within the SSC, ensuring a smooth transfer of financial processes, systems, and data from the Business Units in the region to the SSC when necessary.
- Lead month-end financial review meetings, have discussions on the financials with Finance Director and follow-up on actions raised
- Ensure that the FTE capacity planning is reflective of accurate volumes and average handling time
Day to Day Operation
- Handle the day-to-day operations of RTR Management accounting and outsourced party deliverables, ensuring the prompt and precise delivery of financial services to stakeholders within the region
- Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet or surpass performance targets for all RTR processes, which include (but not limited to): P&L and Margin review, Management reporting packs, Joint Venture/Distribution Deal accounting, Advisory and Control, Repertoire Metadata and Month-Close execution and reporting
- Proactively collaborate with the stakeholders & cross-functional teams (Local Finance, Global Process Owners, BPO, Business) to improve financial processes.
- Particípate in continous process improvement. Regularly track and resolve outstanding issues identified.
- Royalty accounting: provision and actual for third party and intercompany royalty.
- Handle Project accounting for non-recording income – project code review, P&L review.
Month-end close
- Complete HFM(Hyperion) and SAP close
- Review, coordinate and prioritize the work done by outsourced party and offer insights and feedback on areas of improvement or on areas of excellence
- Handles end-to-end R2R activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, compliance & adherence to SLAs. Responsible for Month End Closing (MEC) process including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Ensure strong control environment & healthy balance sheet position.
- Monthly closing analysis review on revenue, margin, overhead, marketing.
Controls
- Monitor global process adherence and controls implementation across all employees involved in the RTR flow
- Highlight all areas of concern, risks for non-compliance of corporate policy and procedures
- Participate in the ongoing documentation and updating of company procedure manuals
- Participate in audit meetings, follow-up on deliverables and review the quality of evidence submitted
Standardization and Improvement
- Adhere to and improve the governance model between Local business units, SSC and outsourced party
- Collaborate with global process owners regarding process standardization and optimization, improvements, automations or system upgrades
- Support communication of change and trainings for all team members (local, SSC, outsourcing) with respect to RTR processes or automations
- Escalate outsourcing party business continuity challenges (managerial KPIs) or performance challenges (SLAs) to Outsourcing contract manager
- Lead migrations and knowledge transfers for new business units, prepare relevant documentation and drive process consistency & standardization in order to optimize operational efficiency
Required Skills / Experience
- Detailed understanding of the review process underlying all Management accounting activities and associated controls, which include P&L and Margin review, Management reporting packs, Joint Venture/Distribution Deal accounting, Advisory and Control, Repertoire Metadata and Month-Close execution and reporting
- High integrity, independent and analytical and communications skills together with a strong sense of responsibility
- At least 12 years' relevant experience in RTR/Accounting, with at least 5 years as Management Accountant
- Proactive, fast learner, self-motivated and performance-driven with the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, HFM and SAP ECC, Blackline is a plus
- Proficiency in IFRS and and work experience in a company that had to comply with SOX Controls
