We are seeking a passionate Retail Sales Associate who will be starting in this new division in PRISM+ Malaysia. This person will be the heart and soul of PRISM+ Malaysia to our retail customers. Being a high growth electronics company, we are looking for a candidate who can show experience in managing different customer expectations while providing a WOW outcome to them.
This driven and ambitious individual will be helping to drive sales and customer satisfaction through the retail sales channel, IOI Mall Puchong. Responsibilities of a Retail Sales Associate but are not limited to
- Listen to what customers want and assist them in finding the best product for their requirements
- Constantly expand product knowledge and deliver it in engaging ways to customers
- Follow up with customers and provide guidance on product selection
- Set up attractive product displays and promotional booths
- Provide product demonstration, presentation to customers and other stakeholders
- Engage in meaningful interactions and develop positive customer relationships
- Provide feedback for improvement to the retail and management team
- Meet daily targets and submit sales reports and EOD reports accurately.
- Managing inventories at retail store.
- Diploma in Hospitality, Retail or any relevant course of studies
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience
- Comfortable working 6 days a week
- Willingness to learn and understand the consumer electronics technical specifications
