Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer experience by offering consultations to customers and personalised recommendations on product range selection based on customer needs.
- Achieve sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products, increasing basket size and IPT, and converting opportunities to sales.
- Educate customers on product features, ingredients, usage and benefits, new launches and best sellers.
- Help customers build connection with the brand and products.
- Use storytelling, offer demonstrations and conduct product testing, including fragrance layering.
- Make up applications and tutorials apply to 2-axis brands.
- Aim for long-term engagement with customers by maintaining good after-sales relationships
- Handle customer rejections and queries effectively.
- Keep up to date with market trends.
- Work together as a team to achieve team goals and assist with inventory management as needed.
- Maintain store/counter in optimal condition by adhering to visual merchandising guidelines that best represent the brand, ensuring cleanliness, organising products and testers properly, and replenishing stocks as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 – 2 years' experience in luxury retail.
- Experience in the beauty industry is preferred
- Knowledge in fragrance would be an added advantage, Makeup experience is required
- Excellent communication, customer engagement and presentation skills
- Able to work during weekends and public holidays
