As a Facility Management Support Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the facility management team in all aspects of day-to-day operations. Your main duties will include:
- Assist in the coordination of all maintenance, repair and renovation projects
- Respond to schools’ request for maintenance work
- Investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns and faults to determine their causes for the prevention of future occurrence
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed and ensure timely completion of all work request records
- Keep proper records of legal contracts and vendor information and monitor the expiry of contracts
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure that all work is completed in a timely and satisfactory manner. This includes working with the contractors to schedule pest control and air-conditioning for schools

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in operating large-scale and complex mission-critical solutions:
1. Strong communication skills to communicate with various stakeholders (both working level and management) across business and technical teams.
2. Prior experience in a highly secured environment (eg: financial services) with good understanding on security and audits, encryption, 2FA or multi-factor authentication (MFA).
3. Experience in application development and operations of complex integrated application solutions (online and batch integrations):
a. Mandatory: RHEL (or other equivalent Linux distributions)
b. Mandatory: Java-based application development.
c. Mandatory: Experience with database management systems (preferably Oracle)
d. Mandatory: Shell Scripting
