Roles and Responsibilities- Oversee and manage VAT MY Plant 1A & 1B Building Services such as:
- Janitorial services, including cleaning and maintaining the facility.
- Landscaping services, including maintaining the grounds and exterior of the facility
- Pest/hygiene control, including identifying and addressing pest and hygiene issues.
- Office furniture, including ordering, assembling, and maintaining furniture as needed.
- Develop and implement procedures and protocols for each service area to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Monitor and maintain budgets for each service area and make recommendations for cost-saving measures where possible.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall smooth operation of the facility.
- RBA, ISO compliance on daily day to day operations

Responsibilities- Ensure that all company tools and equipment are kept in good operational condition.
- Perform necessary maintenance for PTP Yard and offshore equipment.
- Routine inspection on all machinery as per the schedule and non-scheduled maintenance.
- Carry out preventive maintenance schedule including management of routine calibration of equipment as necessary.
- Complete daily/ weekly / monthly maintenance checklist.

- Min Professional certificate / SKM or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Min 3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably in the manufacturing or offshore industry.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Computer literate and able to operate MS Office applications.
- Able to perform overtime as and when necessary and travel as required.

- Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
