- Membantu Jurutera dalam menyelesaikan masalah & peralatan projek di mana-mana kawasan kecekapan peralatan keseluruhan (OEE).
- Menjalankan Keselamatan autonomi, bersih, Pelincir, mengetatkan dan pemeriksaan pemeriksaan & mematuhi kitaran penyelenggaraan bulanan PM: penentukuran, penggantian, mengetatkan, dan sebagainya.
- Melakukan penyelenggaraan dan penyelesaian masalah penggera am secara kerap, melakukan penukaran lembut dan melaksanakan penentukuran Mesin.

- Menyediakan sokongan untuk persediaan peralatan, pemulihan & penyenggaraan untuk memenuhi KPI yang telah ditetapkan.
- Peningkatan tanggungjawab serta kedalaman dan keluasan dengan tahap kecekapan kerja dan kepakaran teknikal yang tinggi dalam kerja dalam peranan yang disasarkan.
- Melatih dan memperakukan kemahiran lanjutan untuk juruteknik. Untuk melatih dan memperakukan juruteknik Junior untuk lanjutan EQ latihan & pensijilan.
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Diploma with minimum 8 years in related fields from semiconductor manufacturing.
- Experience in providing line support, equipment maintenance and machine conversion (tester and handler).
- Willing to work on 12 hours rotating shift (Day/Night).

About The Role
In this role, you will apply your hands-on experience in workshop operations and mechatronics to extract, document, and manage high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance data. Your contributions will directly support the accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of our data factory output — used by thousands of aftermarket service providers worldwide to deliver efficient and reliable automotive service.
This role is open to fresh graduates in the automotive field, as well as candidates with 1–2 years of experience in data specialist, data entry, or similar roles with a strong interest in the automotive industry and working with data.
Key Responsibilities
Extract and record researched vehicle repair and maintenance data into internal databases and systems
Organize and document technical vehicle data to ensure usability for internal processes and customers
Take ownership of data quality by regularly reviewing, updating, and maintaining datasets
Ensure compliance with OEM licensing requirements and industry standards
Collaborate with internal QA, content, and engineering teams to validate data and uphold publishing standards
Support continuous process improvement and foster cross-departmental knowledge sharing
Job Qualifications
Solid understanding of vehicle technology and workshop repair processes
Experience in data entry and documentation tools
Ability to interpret technical documentation, diagrams, and service manuals
Familiarity with OEM technical platforms (e.g., Toyota TIS, BMW ISTA, Hyundai GSW)
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) for interpreting documentation and communicating across teams
Background in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering, or a strong automotive enthusiast
