Maintenance
- Coordinate and supervise internal and external technicians with the
- Support the planner in the preparation of the maintenance activities
- Give pro-actively support in case of difficult activities and/or problems
- Follow up maintenance activities and adjust where necessary
- Coordinate 3th party services according to Sibelco technical and safety standards
- Create correct maintenance work orders according to Sibelco rules and standards
- Follow up and execute maintenance plan for preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
- Perform gatekeeping on maintenance notifications and manage them with the correct priority
- Review maintenance jobs and close the work orders with correct aftercare
- Continuously communicate with production operators, supervisors and engineers to ensure maintenance activities are performed according to planning
- Coordinate and support emergency regime
- Actively participate in the daily performance dialogue and problem solving events. Coordinate the technicians and execute maintenance activities in the site according to Sibelco’s operational excellence and safety principles to contribute to the Sibelco’s continuous improvement culture
- Maintain and/or improve and/or expand the technical installations to prevent failures and breakdowns and to optimize the availability and capacity of the installations
- Repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and/or hydraulic malfunctions and implement
- Execution of maintenance plan by Sibelco systems and standards
- Register and control information in the system to analyse and meet the predefined KPI’s
- Promote the performance dialogue in the team (using the appropriate KPI’s)
- Ensure contractors are meeting SLA’s and KPI’s and manage co employment issues
- Execute and support RCA to analyze and minimize machine downtime Organize and follow up maintenance activities and procedures to apply 5S concept on site
- Continuously drive and execute maintenance process improvements through a robust performance review and feedback loop to planner,
- Identify and repair or replace ‘problem equipment’ in collaboration with production and the reliability engineer.
- Participate and promote the use of problem Solving techniques to eliminate breakdowns.
- Ensure necessary actions, including any administration, are taken to allow the installations to be used and maintained in a safe manner according to Sibelco safety rules and standards.
- Execute LMRA and ensure the maintenance team performs their activities in a safe and healthy way according the Sibelco life saving rules.
- Perform process confirmations on use of safety procedures and measurements as LOTO, LMRA, SOP’s,…
- Organize or support safety improvements in collaboration with other departments or safety teams
- Motivate and evaluate the team members to enhance team collaboration and support their individual development and growth.
- Ensure appropriate skill and capability mix of technicians across the maintenance function
- Assess the maintenance staff competency level in comparison with the site requirements
- Coaching and developing maintenance personnel, holding them accountable for delivery of results and supporting mutually agreed development needs.

Job Description
Plan and control the approved annual budget for revenue streams (Fees, Variation Orders, Reimbursable Work, Energy Performance Contracting, Energy Management, Indoor Air Quality) and expenditures (Maintenance, Contractor, and Operation costs) to achieve the company's Annual Operation Plan (AOP).
Ensure hospital asset management activities such as Testing and Commissioning, Asset registration, Warranty management, Beyond economic repair, Asset audit, and Variation order management are executed according to Concession Agreement requirements.
Guarantee that FEMS services comply with Quality and Environment Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007) and statutory & regulatory standards (DOSH, DOE, Energy Commission, SPAN, and local authorities) in line with ISO standards and legal regulations.
Execute and ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment policies through activities like Toolbox Briefings, Workplace Inspections, Safety Observations, Safety Committee Meetings (HIRADC, EASI), and Safety Days.
Establish and maintain stakeholder management with internal parties (Headquarters, Regional Office, Hospital Support Services) and external parties (Engineering Division Department, Ministry of Health, Local Authorities) to align with company vision and mission.
Plan and oversee staff performance and development activities, including Training Needs Analysis, On-Job Training, Performance Monitoring, KPIs, and Competency Training, in accordance with Manpower Norms and company policies.

Responsibilities- Support the production team to achieve goals in material and tool readiness, utilization, and reduction of stoppage time.
- Follow equipment specifications for tool/peripheral design, condition verification, and calibration.
- Provide inline shift support to ensure smooth production and maintain equipment performance in terms of quality, yield, cost, utilization, and cycle time.
- Implement proactive and autonomous maintenance plans, carry out regular maintenance, and enhance equipment capability through continuous improvement.
- Provide MES/system support to ensure seamless production lot movement.
- Manage peripheral/tools storage and inventory control effectively.
- Perform industrial engineering activities such as time studies, cycle time analysis, and equipment relocation.

- Undertake other duties as assigned from time to time.
- Diploma in Mechatronics, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
