Maintenance

  • Coordinate and supervise internal and external technicians with the

  • Repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and/or hydraulic malfunctions and implement

  • Register and control information in the system to analyse and meet the predefined KPI’s
  • Promote the performance dialogue in the team (using the appropriate KPI’s)
  • Ensure contractors are meeting SLA’s and KPI’s and manage co employment issues
  • Execute and support RCA to analyze and minimize machine downtime Organize and follow up maintenance activities and procedures to apply 5S concept on site


Continuous Improvement

  • Continuously drive and execute maintenance process improvements through a robust performance review and feedback loop to planner,


scheduler and reliability engineer.

  • Identify and repair or replace ‘problem equipment’ in collaboration with production and the reliability engineer.
  • Participate and promote the use of problem Solving techniques to eliminate breakdowns.


Safety

  • Ensure necessary actions, including any administration, are taken to allow the installations to be used and maintained in a safe manner according to Sibelco safety rules and standards.
  • Execute LMRA and ensure the maintenance team performs their activities in a safe and healthy way according the Sibelco life saving rules.

The Lead CAMO Planner is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the strategic planning and execution of all continuing airworthiness management activities across the fleet, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and maintenance efficiency. This role leads CAMO planners (where applicable), liaises with cross-functional departments, and serves as the key focal point for planning oversight, aircraft maintenance readiness, and airworthiness directive compliance.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Drive the development, execution and improvement of maintenance forecasts in line with the Approved Maintenance Programme (AMP), operational changes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure end-to-end oversight of work orders-from preparation to closure-and monitor compliance with Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, and regulatory obligations (MCAR/CAD).
  • Act as the central liaison with CSM, Work Preparation, Maintenance, and Quality departments to align maintenance schedules and operational needs efficiently.
  • Drive digitalisation and provide technical guidance to CAMO team members, fostering knowledge sharing, standardisation, and continuous improvement in the implementation of CAMO monitoring tools.
  • To perform routine CAMO Planner functions of:
  • Planning maintenance activities based on the Approved Maintenance Programme (AMP) and the latest aircraft maintenance forecast with ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Developing scheduled maintenance forecast based on Aircraft Status List, Modification Record Book and the available Maintenance Information Software (Envision):
  • Aircraft Maintenance forecast distribution and effective communication to CSM, Work Preparation, MSL and other related departments.
  • Focal points for tasks that are related to preparation and issuance of Work Orders for aircraft maintenance activities.
  • Review of work order before and after execution.
  • Responsible for monitoring the issued work orders, tracking its progress and providing the completed work order to the technical record in a timely manner.
  • Actively update the content in aircraft Modification Record Book.
  • Monitoring the compliance of Airworthiness Directive, Emergency Alert Service Bulletin, Alert Service Bulletin, or any Service Bulletin or Safety Information Letter issued by aircraft or engine manufacturer for timely embodiment.
  • Monitoring of MCAR and CADs compliance
  • Monitoring of aircraft Modification and Repairs, including Minor Modification, STC, optional Service Bulletin and repairs that are outside of AMM, SRM and/or EMM.
  • Monitoring of aircraft Mass and Balance Records
  • Monitoring of Structural Damage Report / Dent and Buckle Chart.
  • Defect Monitoring and defect rectification planning.
  • Monitoring and issuance of maintenance work orders related to aircraft parking and storage related conditions.
  • Coordinating the possibility to defer maintenance tasks and rescheduling within the approved time limits (MEL).
  • Manage the aircraft concession request, including preparation of concession request for the review by CAM Manager and Quality Dept.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Cross-functional project participation, including new aircraft deliveries, Return to Service, induction of new/used aircraft, bridging inspection, reliability programme and other related activities requiring maintenance and certification planning.
  • Upkeep and live Airbus Values, Leadership Model and Code of Conduct to be exemplary to others and to promote and increase the awareness of Airbus Values, Leadership Models and Code of Conduct.
  • Carry out any other task as directed by the superior.

  • Understanding of aircraft planning/maintenance systems and techniques and their relation to the aircraft maintenance program.
  • Conversant with rules and regulations of Civil Aviation Authorities, pertaining to the CAMO, AMO, DOA, policies, procedures, manuals.
  • Able to demonstrate a working knowledge of CAAM part 145, part 21 and sub part “M” requirements.
  • 3 Years experience of maintenance organization task/activity in an approved maintenance organisation organization, or experience of continuing airworthiness management task/activity.

  • Oversees Facility Security, Fire Life Safety systems.
  • Oversees and maintains Facilities related Disaster Recovery Plans.
  • Handles Facilities biohazard programs and disposal.
  • Monitors and collaborates internally to help resolve HSE matters.
  • Serve as a backup support to report incidents.
  • Perform engineering reviews and approval of facility modifications related to air, wastewater systems and installations.
  • Develop tools, workflows, and systems to effectively compile accurate compliance records.
  • Maintain and improve Health & Safety system, and perform personal training as required by outside authorities.

Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Five or more years of Facilities Management / Equipment Maintenance experience with a proven track record; with several years in a supervisory/Engineering role.
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in field of maintenance, electronic and mechanic maintenance.
  • Full technical knowledge of Facility systems and preventative maintenance practices.
  • Must have independent work skills, a strong work ethic, & ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to interface with all levels of Management.
  • Knowledge/experience with Training in Safety and Environmental regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

This position primarily works in an office and manufacturing/production environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing, and walking.   • Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Electric / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a related field, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with and certification in OSHA, ISO 14001, and local workplace safety regulations.
  • Knowledge of national power facility standards, 3R waste management regulations, and compliance laws.
  • Honest, calm personality, able to endure hardships, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Result-oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Good understanding of the operation machines used in the production line.
  • Candidates who able to communicate in both Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia will be added advantage.

Job Summary:

The Supervisor, Facilities is responsible for all facilities within Malaysia. The incumbent is responsible for the day-to-day running of the facilities & equipment, in order to adequately conduct business whenever required.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Compliance with ISO/QSR facilities related requirements.
  2. Responsible for Equipment performance and control on downtime.
  3. Compliance with local Safety, Health, and Environmental requirements.
  4. Compliance with Hazardous material requirements.
  5. Coordinate Facility & Equipment Maintenance.
  6. Responsible for maintaining preventive maintenance program to ensure the maintenance schedules are met according to quality systems requirements.
  7. Responsible for maintaining repairs routines on equipment as requested and maintain records.
  8. Coordinate repairs to equipment as necessary to maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
  9. Oversees Facility Security, Fire Life Safety systems.
  10. Oversees and maintains Facilities related Disaster Recovery Plans.
  11. Handles Facilities biohazard programs and disposal.
  12. Monitors and collaborates internally to help resolve HSE matter.
  13. Serve as a backup support to report incident.
  14. Perform engineering reviews and approval of facility modifications related to air, wastewater systems and installations.
  15. Develop tools, workflows, and system to effectively compile accurate compliance records.
  16. Maintain and improve Health & Safety system, and perform personal training as required by outside authorities.

Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Five or more years of Facilities Management / Equipment Maintenance experience with a proven track record; with several years in a supervisory/Engineering role.
  2. Strong knowledge and expertise in field of maintenance, electronic and mechanic maintenance.
  3. Full technical knowledge of Facility systems and preventative maintenance practices.
  4. Must have independent work skills, a strong work ethic, & ability to handle multiple projects.
  5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  6. Ability to interface with all levels of Management.
  7. Knowledge/experience with Training in Safety and Environmental regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with Medical Device or other regulated industry.

Education:

Technical Certificate is preferred or technically-background working experience.

Physical requirements/Work Environment:

This position primarily works in an office and manufacturing/production environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities. Some local travel is necessary, so the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver’s license is required.

The physical demands of the position described herein are essential functions of the job and employees must be able to successfully perform these tasks for extended periods.
