Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance and also support PM, PdM, TBM & Turnaround Planning.
  • Coordinate manpower, contractors, materials, and spare parts for daily and planned maintenance.
  • Analyse equipment failure trends & vibration data
  • Prepare specs for major equipment repair/refurbishment
  • Lead breakdown analysis & reliability improvement (MOC, Kaizen, pump upgrades)
  • Coordinate with OEMs for support & warranty.
  • Track KPIs (MTBF, MTTR) and drive improvements
  • Monitor and manage maintenance budget and spare parts inventory.
  • Perform SAP–PM planner role
  • Lead plant shutdowns, statutory inspections, and coordinate with government bodies.
  • Maintain proper documentation, SOPs, and records to support audits and internal controls.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years in mechanical maintenance/machine maintenance are desirable.
  • Exposure to continuous process plants (preferred)
  • Familiar with rotating, static & piping systems
  • Hands-on with SAP–PM, RCA tools, vibration analysis
