Job Responsibilities:

• Designing, installing, and maintaining critical systems.
• Developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs to ensure that equipment and systems remain in good working order.
• Responding to emergencies, such as power outages or plumbing leaks, to minimize damage to the facility.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to address electrical needs and contribute to projects.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts inventory.
  

• To perform periodical inspection and preventive maintenance.
• To conduct repairing and servicing activities to ensure equipment meets performance and in good condition.
• To report any environmental/safety incidents/hazards to immediate superior.
• Responsible to write a breakdown report and able to respond fast when emergency situation occurred.
• Able to handle, measure and understand the engineering items (Tools, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, PLC, electrical, robots etc)
• To monitor closely while Contractor servicing and repairing activity.
• Take part in 2S and practice KY while performing day-to-day routine.
• To have a basic knowledge of TPM.

In your new role, you will:

1. Mematuhi prosedur GMP dan mengekalkan prestasi peralatan/Mesin serta melaksanakan tugas yang diberikan oleh pihak atasan untuk mencapai KPI setiap mesin.
2. Membantu Jurutera dalam menyelesaikan masalah dan projek berkaitan peralatan di kawasan kecekapan keseluruhan (OEE).
3. Menjalankan aktiviti keselamatan autonomi, kebersihan, pelinciran, mengetatkan, dan pemeriksaan mengikut kitaran penyelenggaraan bulanan: penentukuran, penggantian, dan lain-lain.
4. Melaksanakan penyelenggaraan dan penyelesaian masalah penggera secara berkala, termasuk penukaran lembut dan penentukuran mesin.
5. Memberi panduan dan membantu juruteknik junior dalam mencapai IE MMO.
6. Melaksanakan ujian contoh statik secara berkala (suku tahunan, setengah tahunan, tahunan) termasuk pengeluaran alat ganti dan komponen dari kedai menggunakan SAP MM.
7. Berkeupayaan menjalankan penyelenggaraan pencegahan ke atas semua mesin untuk memenuhi KPI yang ditetapkan, termasuk keseluruhan aktiviti PM mesin.

• Perform preventive maintenance on End-of-Line (EOL) semiconductor equipment in Trim & Form to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement effective solutions
• Conduct thorough tests and analyze results to provide actionable recommendations for equipment improvement
• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans, safety regulations, and reports to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Source replacement parts to minimize equipment downtime
• Repair and replace faulty equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
• Monitor and analyze data systems to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Test and evaluate devices to ensure safety, quality, and performance standards are met
