Essential Functions/Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise Production Supervisors, machine operators, and support staff across shifts to meet corporate goals.
  • Maintain communication across shifts to ensure alignment with policies and standards.
  • Manage product transfers between plants as needed.
  • Establish training and cross-training plans to ensure process consistency and workforce flexibility.
  • Define and review the Vision, Mission, and Objectives for the Production Department annually.
  • Set and monitor KPIs and performance metrics for production.
  • Define responsibilities within the department.
  • Oversee order management, manufacturing deadlines, and communicate deviations.
  • Monitor equipment capacity and utilization to maintain service levels.
