**Job Description**
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:**
+ Accomplish scheduled daily preventive maintenance of tools inside cleanroom environment.
+ Perform simple troubleshooting and repair activities of tools with breakdown following guidance from maintenance head.
+ Ensure machine maintenance check sheets are filled out in a timely manner.
+ Execute cost reduction initiatives spearheaded by engineers.
+ Perform other duties as assigned by immediate superior.
**Qualifications**
**REQUIRED:**
+ Diploma graduate of any Technical Course
**PREFERRED:**
+ Major in either of the following fields: Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electro-mechanical
**SKILLS:**
+ Knows how to read and interpret machine diagrams

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
**Equipment Maintenance and Repair:**
+ Sustain backend equipment backend equipment - Package saw, Solder ball attach, Laser cut , Laser mark and AOI uptime above the targeted goals.
+ Troubleshoot and repair equipment to ensure smooth production operations.
**Preventive Maintenance:**
+ Complete all scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities and equipment conversions within the stipulated time.
+ Ensure zero post-maintenance issues.
**Performance Metrics:**
+ Maintain and improve Mean Time Between Alarms (MTBA), Repeat Alarm metrics, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to meet or exceed set targets.
**Continuous Improvement:**
+ Identify and address recurring issues to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
+ Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements.
**Documentation and Reporting:**
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
Generate and submit reports on equipment status and any deviations from goals.
**Safety and Compliance:**
+ Adhere to safety protocols and ensure all maintenance activities comply with company and regulatory standards.
+ Participate in Safety, 6S audits and training sessions.
**Qualifications**
**REQUIRED:**
· Certificate / Diploma in Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronic or Equivalent.
· Must be able to work in 12 hour shift
· Able to read, write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
**PREFERRED:**
· Familiarity in computer system & computer network
· Familiarity in MS Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook
· Able to work independently
· Have a good interpersonal skill
**SKILLS:**
· Knowledge in Basic Troubleshooting Flow (Electrical & Mechanical)
· Knowledge in Electric / Electronic Component
· Knowledge in Package saw, Solder ball attach, Laser cut , Laser mark and AOI machine will be an added advantage
