- Be responsible for Die Prep equipment day to day line sustaining, PM and conversion.
- Able to hands on and provide systematic problem analysis.
- Ability to troubleshoot, analyze complex problems and 5 WHY analysis.

- Responsible for improving and sustain engineering portion and meet the KPI (Availability, OEE, Maintain UPH and Yield).
- Perform line troubleshooting and supporting daily production operation.
- Analyze engineering failure root causes and propose corrective actions.
- Ability to identify root cause and provide corrective action through use of effective problem-solving tools.
- Perform regular inspections to identify abnormality of system.
- Perform Preventive and Corrective Maintenance.

- Shift support for continuous production line and ensure equipment in good performance to meet the goals on Equipment uptime, yield, and cost, utilization and cycle time.
- Support the production Report the online machine status and issue to EE Leader and Engineer.
- Perform line conversion and complete FAI
- Able to handle SMT machines(NXT, DEK, BTU, AOI, Asymtek, V510, VCO, RBM)
- Support tech team to meet the goals on Machine Down time; Utilization; to improve MTBA / MTBF
- Support Engineer for project follow up.
- Project improvement submission
- Give training Operator about machine operation and to improve their working skill.
- Spare parts hand out; replacement; and make good record for tracking.
Required:
- Diploma, Major in Mechanical Engineering will be preferred.
- Minimum 1 years working experience in semiconductor manufacturing and familiar with maintenance and troubleshooting of SMT Equipment (NXT, DEK, BTU, AOI, Asymtek, V510, VCO, RBM)

Summary: The Spare Part Controller / Manufacturing Equipment Associate Engineer is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of spare parts, from procurement and inventory management to budget tracking. This role is essential for ensuring that all parts and supplies are available when needed to support maintenance operations.

- Manage the procurement of spare parts in the system based on requests from the engineering team.
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm delivery status and obtain necessary documentation.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels within the inventory management system.
- Process and submit budget claims to customers for spare parts and related costs.
- Ensure all chemical stock is accurately labeled and documented according to safety protocols.
- Monitor and maintain adequate quantities of spill response kits.
- Track and report on maintenance budget expenses.
- A fresh graduate with an Engineering Degree or an Engineering Diploma with 3-6 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Work location is based in Seelong Senai, Johor.

Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Sustain backend equipment uptime by maintaining packaging saw, solder ball attach, laser cut, laser mark and AOI processes. Troubleshoot and repair equipment to ensure smooth production operations above the targeted goals.
- Preventive Maintenance: Complete all scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities and equipment conversions within the stipulated time. Ensure zero post-maintenance issues.
- Performance Metrics: Maintain and improve Mean Time Between Alarms (MTBA), Repeat Alarm metrics, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to meet or exceed set targets.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and address recurring issues to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency. Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance. Generate and submit reports on equipment status and any deviations from goals.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and ensure all maintenance activities comply with company and regulatory standards. Participate in Safety, 6S audits and training sessions.
Required
- Certificate / Diploma in Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronic or Equivalent
- Must be able to work in a 12-hour shift
- Able to read, write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Preferred
- Familiarity with computer systems & networks
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Able to work independently
- Have good interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in Basic Troubleshooting Flow (Electrical & Mechanical)
- Knowledge in Electric / Electronic Components
- Knowledge in Package saw, Solder ball attach, Laser cut, Laser mark and AOI machines will be an added advantage

**Job Description**
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Be responsible for Die Prep equipment day to day line sustaining, PM and conversion.
+ Able to hands on and provide systematic problem analysis.
+ Ability to troubleshoot, analyze complex problems and 5 WHY analysis.
+ Be available for overtime work as of when needed.
+ Experience in PM and major down troubleshooting
+ Responsible to liaise with process engineering team for low yield triggering.
**Qualifications**
**Required:**
+ Certificate / Diploma in Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronic or Equivalent.
+ 1~3 years of equipment engineering experience in Wafer soft test equipment maintenance.
**Preferred:**
+ Knowledge in Backgrind, wafer saw and Taping will be added advantage
+ Die Prep equipment maintenance and troubleshooting skill, wafer handling skill and involve in some improvement project.
**Skills:**
+ Able to do troubleshooting and maintenance at Die Prep equipment, hands on and provide systematic problem analysis.
+ Able to perform Preventive maintenance, conversion. and quality improvement projects.
