• Understanding of vector indexing strategies (e.g., HNSW, IVF), embedding dimensionality management, and integration with model inference pipelines.

• Demonstrated expertise in building scalable and maintainable API services using Python frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or Litestar.
• Fluent in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for building simple web-based dashboards and monitoring interfaces.
• Experience with Go, C++, or Rust is a strong plus, especially for performance-critical or low-latency inference applications.

• Experience in integrating models using NCNN, MNN, or ONNX Runtime Mobile on mobile and edge devices.
• Familiarity with quantization, model optimization, and mobile inference profiling tools.

• Experience with Docker/Podman, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and ML lifecycle tools such as MLflow, Airflow, or Kubeflow.
• Exposure to model versioning, A/B testing, and automated re-training workflows.

• Ability to set up monitoring (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and logging (e.g., ELK stack, Loki) to track model performance and system health.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to work closely with data scientists, backend engineers, and DevOps to deploy and maintain reliable ML systems.
• Excellent communication and documentation habits.

• Perform parameter setting to ensure the product readily removes from the mold and in good condition and in the most optimal cycle time according to the company’s standard.
• Troubleshoots problem in production during the plastic injection process.
• To keep proper parameter setting recorded in the machine system/ company paper work.
• To set the parameters for traveler robots in plastic injection moulding machine.
• Work together with team to achieved 6S in the company.
• Support other work when requested by superior.
• Involve in company annual stock count activity.

Under minimal supervision, this person will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting a variety of manufacturing & fabrication equipment. The Equipment Maintenance Technician ensures equipment and systems are running efficiently and at optimal capacity to meet manufacturing & fabrication needs. This position will report to the Manager of Facilities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform hands-on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing of industrial automated fabrication equipment daily.
2. Document routine preventive maintenance on PM checklists, record data if applicable, and maintain completed checklist/history in the tool logbook.
3. Communicate issues with third-party equipment vendors as needed to expedite troubleshooting and repairs.
4. Sustain and improve the Preventative Maintenance Program on all fabrication/processing equipment.
5. Author accurate documentation for the operation and maintenance of various automated industrial equipment.
6. Test, tune, and adjust equipment to obtain optimum operating performance.
7. Report spare part requirements.
8. Determine the type of repairs to be performed, approve, and suggest modifications to equipment, and analyze results to evaluate equipment performance.
9. Develop or improve techniques to meet quality, function, and cost standards.
10. Work with electrical systems and electronic components of complex industrial machinery and equipment, following manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications.
11. Utilize predictive maintenance technologies to collect equipment performance data, observe trends, and make recommendations.
12. Troubleshoot and follow through with repairs of manufacturing equipment and electronic controls.
13. Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance tasks using CMMS system.
14. Respond to unplanned urgent needs to minimize downtime.
15. Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to construct, renovate, and repair equipment.
16. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related duties as requested.
17. Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
