- Be responsible for Die Prep equipment day to day line sustaining, PM and conversion.
- Able to hands on and provide systematic problem analysis.
- Ability to troubleshoot, analyze complex problems and 5 WHY analysis.
- Be available for overtime work as of when needed.
- Experience in PM and major down troubleshooting
- Responsible to liaise with process engineering team for low yield triggering.

- 1~3 years of equipment engineering experience in Wafer soft test equipment maintenance.
- Knowledge in Backgrind, wafer saw and Taping will be added advantage
- Die Prep equipment maintenance and troubleshooting skill, wafer handling skill and involve in some improvement project.
- Able to do troubleshooting and maintenance at Die Prep equipment, hands on and provide systematic problem analysis.
- Able to perform Preventive maintenance, conversion. and quality improvement projects.

- Document routine preventive maintenance on PM checklists, record data if applicable, and maintain completed checklist/history in the tool logbook.
- Communicate issues with third-party equipment vendors as needed to expedite troubleshooting and repairs.
- Sustain and improve the Preventative Maintenance Program on all fabrication/processing equipment.
- Author accurate documentation for the operation and maintenance of various automated industrial equipment.
- Test, tune, and adjust equipment to obtain optimum operating performance.
- Report spare part requirements.
- Determine the type of repairs to be performed, approve, and suggest modifications to equipment, and analyze results to evaluate equipment performance.
- Develop or improve techniques to meet quality, function, and cost standards.
- Work with electrical systems and electronic components of complex industrial machinery and equipment, following manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications.
- Utilize predictive maintenance technologies to collect equipment performance data, observe trends, and make recommendations.
- Troubleshoot and follow through with repairs of manufacturing equipment and electronic controls.
