• Safely transport goods to designated locations on time.

Responsibilities:
• Assist on loading and unloading stock from vehicle
• Ensure all stocks are delivered on time as scheduled and in good conditions
• Ensure fill adoption and comply with workflow or standard operations procedures; strictly follow routes and final destination as arranged, responsible to verify with HOD if any changes
• Ensure no stock discrepancy for all delivery and no traffic offences
• Proper and timely vehicle maintenance including road tax renewal, periodical service, inspection, clean and tidy condition
• Perform all duties assigned honestly, diligently and professionally
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks which may be assigned from time to time

Job Responsibility

• Operate and drive lorries with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) that requires specific licensing, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations within Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the lorry, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, lights, and brakes, and complete inspection reports to ensure vehicle safety and roadworthiness.
• Load, unload, and secure cargo using appropriate equipment and techniques, ensuring the safe and efficient handling of beverages to prevent damage during transit.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely delivery of beverages to various customer locations within Kuala Lumpur, considering traffic conditions and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery confirmations, mileage logs, and fuel consumption, and submit reports to the logistics department on a regular basis.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers to provide updates on delivery status, resolve any delivery issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to the company's safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and participating in safety training programs to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries.
• Perform routine maintenance on the lorry, such as cleaning and washing, and report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the maintenance department for prompt repair.
• Handle cash payments from customers upon delivery, ensuring accurate collection and proper documentation of transactions, and submit payments to the accounting department according to company procedures.

3. Ability to drive long distances in cramped conditions while maintaining concentration.
4. Ability to drive through the night or spend long periods of time away from home.
5. Mechanical skills, such as changing the engine oil.
6. Ability to communicate with both suppliers and customers and provide up-to-date information, such as delivery times.
