12 months contract Role Overview We are seeking an experienced

SAP MM (Materials Management) / Logistics Consultant

to join our team. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP MM and logistics processes to ensure efficient supply chain, procurement, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise, hands-on configuration experience, and a proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams. Key Responsibilities Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP MM/Logistics solutions. Configure and support SAP MM modules (procurement, inventory management, material master, valuation, and account determination). Support logistics processes including inbound/outbound deliveries, shipping, and transportation. Work on integration touchpoints with FI, SD, WM, EWM, and PP modules. Lead workshops with business users to define process improvements and system enhancements. Develop functional specifications for custom developments and collaborate with ABAP developers. Conduct system testing, UAT, training, and post-go-live support. Provide expertise in end-to-end supply chain process optimization and best practices. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, or related field. 8+ years of SAP MM/Logistics consulting experience

including at least (X) full life-cycle implementations. Strong hands-on configuration knowledge of: Procurement (P2P, contracts, purchase orders) Inventory Management (goods movements, stock transfers, reservations) Material Master data and Valuation Logistics Execution (inbound/outbound delivery, shipment processing) Knowledge of integration with FI (invoice verification), SD (sales orders, deliveries), WM/EWM, and PP. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with

SAP S/4HANA

MM/Logistics. Exposure to

SAP Fiori apps

Lead and oversee the overall management of inventory, including planning, monitoring, and conducting regular inventory analysis to ensure optimal stock levels.

Review and approve inter-branch parts transfer orders, ensuring stock sufficiency across all locations while preventing overstock situations.

Coordinate closely with the warehouse team to optimize storage space utilization and improve operational efficiency.

Plan, supervise, and review regular stock checks for central and branch warehouses; lead the investigation of discrepancies and implement effective corrective actions.

Develop procurement and promotional strategies for lubricants and parts, ensuring alignment with market demand and company objectives.

Support and propose continuous improvement initiatives throughdataanalysis.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or sales coordination, preferably in the automotive/heavy machinery industry.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise cross-functional teams and coordinate multi-branch operations.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a track record of driving efficiency and performance improvements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Chinese, English, and Malay (both spoken and written).

High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Willingness to travel for outstation assignmentsasrequired.

We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and advanced proficiency in SAP EWM . The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP EWM solutions that optimize warehouse operations and align with supply chain objectives. This role involves end-to-end solution development, stakeholder collaboration, system integration, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Configuration

Lead the design, customization, and configuration of SAP EWM to meet business needs.

Develop innovative warehouse management application solutions that enhance efficiency, inventory control, and automation.

Align SAP EWM functionalities with overall supply chain processes.

Testing & Deployment

Conduct thorough testing (unit, integration, UAT) of SAP EWM functionalities and ensure deployment readiness.

Validate solutions against functional requirements and address issues through root cause analysis.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with stakeholders across warehousing, logistics, IT, and procurement to gather requirements and deliver SAP EWM solutions.

Provide technical insights and functional expertise in cross-module processes involving MM, SD, and TM.

Continuous Improvement & Optimization

Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to drive operational excellence.

Stay updated with SAP EWM innovations, industry trends, and best practices to improve system capabilities.

Integration & Interfaces

Manage interfaces and integrations with ERP, third-party logistics (3PL), automation systems, and RF (Radio Frequency) devices.

Ensure seamless data flow and process synchronization between SAP EWM and core SAP ECC or S/4HANA modules.

Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing

Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance on SAP EWM best practices, configurations, and documentation standards.

Foster a collaborative team environment through continuous knowledge sharing.

Support & Documentation

Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution.

Create detailed system documentation, user guides, and training materials.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP EWM in configuration, implementation, and support roles.

Advanced proficiency in SAP EWM, including:

Inbound and Outbound Processing

Warehouse Structure and Layout

Picking, Packing, and Putaway Strategies

Cross-docking, Wave Management, Yard Management (optional)

Experience with at least one full lifecycle SAP EWM implementation.
