  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and offer negotiation.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and job requirements.
  • Use multiple sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, etc.) to attract quality candidates.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct phone screens, initial interviews, and coordinate technical/departmental interviews.
  • Prepare job descriptions and hiring advertisements in line with branding guidelines.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication.
  • Manage offer letters, LOAs, and ensure timely onboarding and documentation.
  • Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports using HR systems or spreadsheets.
  • Support employer branding efforts through social media hiring campaigns and job fairs.
  • Assist in onboarding, orientation, and HR documentation where needed.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of recruitment experience , in-house or agency.
  • Familiar with sourcing tools (JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and interview skills.
  • Good understanding of various roles such as sales, digital marketing, admin, and technical.
  • Fluent in Mandarin.
  • Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple roles at once.
  • Familiar with onboarding and basic HR documentation processes.
