- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and offer negotiation.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and job requirements.
- Use multiple sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, etc.) to attract quality candidates.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct phone screens, initial interviews, and coordinate technical/departmental interviews.
- Prepare job descriptions and hiring advertisements in line with branding guidelines.
- Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication.
- Manage offer letters, LOAs, and ensure timely onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports using HR systems or spreadsheets.
- Support employer branding efforts through social media hiring campaigns and job fairs.
- Assist in onboarding, orientation, and HR documentation where needed.
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of recruitment experience , in-house or agency.
- Familiar with sourcing tools (JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and interview skills.
- Good understanding of various roles such as sales, digital marketing, admin, and technical.
- Fluent in Mandarin.
- Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple roles at once.
- Familiar with onboarding and basic HR documentation processes.
