British American Tobacco DBS KL Hub has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner in Subang Jaya, Selangor. Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager Reporting Level: Individual Contributor Geographic Scope: Asia Pacific Middle East, Africa Your key responsibilities will include: Handle end-to-end recruitment process including Posting job requisition on SF, running hiring manager briefing call, review all applications, drive Proactive Sourcing, phone & video screening, schedule interviewing steps and support and train on assessment centers, proactively conduct alignment/regular update meetings/calls Drive Proactive Sourcing and build talent pipeline to hire for complex positions such as Must Win Capabilities, New Capabilities and Niche roles. Proactively apply LinkedIn Talent Insights to support recruitment efforts and share the reports, dashboard, and insights with collaborators at the beginning of the recruitment process. Work closely with Regional Talent Analytics Partner in this regard Resolve complex queries which involve a detailed explanation of recruitment processes, policy, or procedures and be the point of contact for complex matters across recruitment Identify new sourcing channels and build on Sourcing strategy Drive and Contribute to Talent Attraction Strategy Drive and improve candidate and line manager satisfaction scores as well as General and Tier 1 KPIs in recruitment Proactively handle recruitment technology solutions across multiple modules using the HR procedures and guidance Uploading, building on and maintaining an internal talent pool / database of relevant candidates and ensuring job roles are maintained, edited and posted to the recruitment system. Develops own performance against service standards to ensure that support and services are provided in line with established SLAs & KPI What are we looking for? Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, or any related field. At least 5 years of working experience in end-to-end recruitment or Talent Acquisition area. Well versed in pro-active sourcing and talent pipelining via various recruitment tools. Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet or beat deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent and proactive business partnering with good time management skills. Outstanding communication skills and effective stakeholder management. Active networker and out-of-the-box approach to solve recruitment challenges and drive improvement initiatives. Data driven attitude with the capabilities to perform relevant market research and talent insights. Strong organization skills with high ability to coach. Ability to drive regional and global projects and initiatives. plays a key part in supporting the business in attracting and hiring the right talent by ensuring timely and quality support across the regional Talent Acquisition processes. WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR Booking meeting rooms, and ensuring all parties have the necessary information for a smooth interview process. Ensure proper communication among all parties involved in the event of interview cancellations or the need to reschedule interviews. Generate reports as required and communicate the status to internal stakeholders when applicable Support the talent acquisition team and hiring managers with updating and tailoring job postings to enable posting active vacancies. Document emails and other relevant documentation for the purpose of an audit trail and update relevant trackers with necessary information and status details. Ensure that necessary updates on candidate information are accurately inputted and reflected in all systems such as SuccessFactors and other downstream systems. Drive various administrative tasks related to talent acquisition for a specific set of vacancies. Engage with candidates to collect necessary documents to verify their background information and initiate the pre-employment screening process by collaborating with internal teams and external vendors. Keep candidates informed about the status and progress, answering any queries, and addressing concerns they may have. Support compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies during the pre-screen process. including handling sensitive candidate information in a confidential and secure manner. ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Bachelor’s

Degree in a relevant field

or equivalent work experience. Previous experience

or exposure to similar type of HR admin related tasks Excellent communication skills

and

effective stakeholder management . Provides services necessary to meet stakeholders needs, identifies continuous opportunities to deliver services with a professional result and good quality. Identifies, negotiates and coordinates the solutions needed to solve problems. Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills related to different communication channels and different groups of people. Proactive attitude, strong desire to learn and develop in a fast-paced organization. Ability to self-organize, schedule and prioritize work to meet various schedules and objectives, re-prioritize on short notice. Familiar with SuccessFactors or recruiting tools

BAT’s Digital Business Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Subang Jaya, Malaysia. The incumbent of this role manages the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborates with HR teams, proactively sources candidates, maintains a talent pool, ensures job postings are accurate, and resolves complex recruitment queries while meeting service standards and SLAs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Performing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, conducting hiring manager interviews, and preparing salary proposals.

Collaborating with HR Business Partners and Centre of Excellence teams to deliver recruitment strategies, processes, and ad-hoc project support.

Proactively sourcing passive candidates through various channels.

Maintaining an internal talent pool/database of relevant candidates.

Ensuring job roles are accurately maintained, edited, and posted in the recruitment system.

Resolving complex queries related to recruitment processes, policies, or procedures.

Developing personal performance metrics to ensure support and services meet established SLAs and critical metrics.

What are we looking for?

A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with regional hiring experience being an advantage.

Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields.

Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders and end markets.

Solid understanding of the regional talent market and ability to connect via various channels.

Experience supporting regional hirings is preferred.

Diligent attention to detail and proactive attitude.
