**JOB SUMMARY**
Accountable for overall success of the daily kitchen operations. Exhibits culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff and managing all food related functions. Works to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance in all areas of responsibility. Supervises all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high quality product is produced. Responsible for guiding and developing staff including direct reports. Must ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved. **Key Requirement:**
A key requirement for this role is a **strong foundation in Malaysian cuisine** , encompassing a deep understanding of its diverse culinary heritage. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in traditional dishes such as _nasi lemak, rendang, laksa,_ and _satay_ , and possess knowledge of regional specialties from across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. Familiarity with the multicultural influences-Malay, Chinese, Indian, Peranakan, and indigenous-is essential, along with the ability to preserve authenticity while introducing creative, modern interpretations that appeal to a wide range of guests.

**Education and Experience**
- High school diploma or GED; 6 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
OR
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.

Responsibilities
+ Manage total Malaysia Key Account for Local Chain Group
+ Work closely with RSMs on the planning and execution on time
+ Main person to negotiate Trading Terms Agreements with Local Chain, including business review
+ Sales performance delivery (for the selective chain group assigned by Energizer)
+ Field work with CRO/Merchandiser on coaching and development purpose
+ Proactively involve in monthly action plan and sales commitment
+ Plan 3+3 promotion plans for LMT / Special Channel customer
What we are looking for
+ Diploma but Degree in Business preferred
+ 3-6 years' Area Sales / Key Account Sales experience, handling key customer and account development planning across local chains
+ Distributor sales and operations management, support distributors in developing pre-sellers and run promotion planning activities
+ Good communication and negotiation skills, able to interact and business partnering with sales / internal / external parties effectively
+ Regular usage on Excel (using VLookup and Pivot Table for mass data analysis and maintenance) and Powerpoint (for summary input and presentation)
+ Business mindset, ROI-driven, willing to work under pressure environment and achieve success
