Job Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, build and manage a team of IT System analysts supporting cards platform and strategic projects across the franchise.
  2. Build, manage and implement system capabilities based on understanding of the business functions and in line with the architecture strategy.
  3. Be responsible for the functional solution construct for the Cards processor (CardLink-Mainframe) platform and distributed platform teams (Remote commerce, portals, collections, loyalty and digital banking interfaces).
  4. Ensure cross functional analysis is carried out during requirement and solution phase, by tapping into collective knowledge of business, system analysts, operations and cross-functional technology teams.
  5. Plan and partner with Domain architects to establish the design solution by sharing and validating options in context of requirements and technology roadmap.
  6. Build the team's capabilities to consistently maintain the repository of system features inventory and data maps for the cards domain.
  7. Lead and engage in innovative problem-solving activities, requiring conceptual thinking creating 'out of the box' solutions with prototypes and pilots.
  8. Establish processes for system analysts to elicit detailed requirements from all impacted business and control teams and build the ability to translate the requirement insights into scalable group-wide solution with well-defined acceptance criteria.
  9. Partner with Program managers and Business Solution Specialist to collate, understand and finalize functional requirements.
  10. Build a culture of collaboration with application development and testing teams to ensure that the requirements and solutions are correctly understood, refined as well as being translated into equivalent deliverables at each stage of execution.
  11. Facilitate discussion of concepts with business, Operations and technology stakeholders in order to establish use cases. Lead with establishing MVP based on priorities and cost involved.
  12. Establish E0/E1 sizing and Tshirt sizing best-in-class models across cards technology by connecting needs, requirements with solution options and dependency factors.
  13. Champion the delivery of high quality cards systems design and ensure adherence to global architecture principles, enterprise design principles, security and control standards.
  14. Inspire and drive the team to be the superior Cards Subject Matter Experts in specializing across cards systems and cultivate wider insights and hands-on delivery capabilities for the cards technology organization.
  15. Foster an environment of technology excellence and innovation.
  16. Plan & collaborate across cross-functional domain application teams outside cards technology to manage functional, technical and security related dependencies of the solution.
  17. Ensure that the application teams across group and countries build the enhancements according to the technical solution plan.
  18. Partner with Test Management teams to review test strategy/test scripts, ensure completion of SIT, UAT, performance / load testing and application security testing with quality outcomes.
  19. Manage the function validation support during UAT phases to ensure that requirement exit criteria are met correctly.
  20. Build exceptional peer relationships with key stakeholders and be able to influence key outcomes. Escalate issues that impacts project schedule on timely basis and propose workarounds/resolutions.
  21. Demonstrate energy and ability to function in an intense & complex environment demonstrating initiative and operating with an ownership attitude to deliver results.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar domain. Related professional/technical qualification will be advantageous although not mandatory.
  2. More than 15 years’ track record in developing and delivering global / regional Cards capabilities for a multi-national/regional company with annual budgetary responsibility.
  3. More than 7 years’ leadership experience in managing IT System or business analysis teams. Past roles as a Senior Business Analyst with demonstrable experience having led solution delivery for cards is a critical requirement.
  4. Thorough knowledge of Credit Cards domain is a must. Strong technical/platform knowledge of mainframe processors like CardLink/CardPac/Visionplus and understanding of Cards ecosystem & trends is preferred.
  5. Ability to think through technical solutions to business problems/requirements and bridge the gap between application development teams and functional product/business owners.
  6. Experienced in executing large-scale Cards technology transformation and migration projects. A good understanding of the credit card industry and functions of HSM and different types of keys is essential.
  7. Past experience of having executed projects requiring cross functional analysis across business lines and technology teams and using both Waterfall and hybrid Agile methodology.
  8. Hands on Experience having worked as a business analyst and provided solutions design in the Cards space across multiple functions like Cards Issuing & acquiring management, Transaction Management, Disputes, Authorization, Settlement, Loans, EPP, Rewards, Loyalty etc.
  9. Past roles as a Senior Business Analyst with demonstrable experience having led solution delivery in an Agile delivery environment.
  10. Strong functional and technical platform knowledge on CardLink/Visionplus, mainframe (Cics/Cobol) and distributed platforms.
  11. Manage SIT and UAT defects and work with TCOE and business to close the testing on time.
  12. Provide post deployment support in production to work with business and close all issues before warranty closure.
  13. Have extensive knowledge on Core Cards functionality eg interest, fees, loans, balance transfers.
  14. Have led or experience in performing Cards conversion/migration from Vision+ to Cardlink platform.

Get to know the Role

Reporting to Solutions Manager II, Finance Systems, you will be contributing to Grab's ERP enhancements and deployments. You will need relatively strong experience in managing and leading projects and enhancements within ERP landscapes covering Procure To Pay (P2P) processes; Order To Cash (O2C) and R2R (Record To Report) for this role. The Day-to-Day Activities

  • Act as a Procure To Pay Solutions Lead by ensuring that solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Identify gaps in processes and make sound recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Make recommendations of configurations and deployments lifecycles to ensure projects' successes.
  • Share your insights and solution plans to cross-functional and technical team members, management and stakeholders.
  • Identify and support auditing needs e.g. reporting and making sense out of logs.
  • Support in creating business & technology roadmaps with Finance, Procurement & GTS leadership, and manage resource allocated (budgets) to execute on vision.
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
  • Be a driver of change for Finance and Procurement & GTS to continuously improve our ability to serve Grabbers; includes identifying gaps in processes, data lifecycle or new relevant releases in platform offerings.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • At least 5 years of experience
  • Experience with configuring Oracle Procurement Cloud (Contracts, Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Supplier Management, BPM Approval Workflow), including integrations to external systems.
  • Experience with configuring Oracle Financials Cloud Payables (Invoice, payment, BPM Approval Workflow, IDR), including integrations to external systems.
  • Experience in AI, automations and integrations to external systems.
  • Strong and deep knowledge in change/enhancement requests lifecycles e.g. config/development, SIT/UAT, release packaging/management within Financial ERP space.
  • Ability to make sense and detect impacts e.g. if enhancements are made to a process, what other processes/data points are impacted in ERP.
  • Understand prioritization of enhancements e.g. what should come first to avoid risks/impacts.

Get to know the Role

Reporting to Solutions Manager II, Finance Systems, you will be contributing to Grab's ERP enhancements and deployments. You will need relatively strong experience in managing and leading projects and enhancements within ERP landscapes covering Procure To Pay (P2P) processes; Order To Cash (O2C) and R2R (Record To Report) for this role. Experienced candidates who have played a part in Development, Maintenance and/or Transformation of Financial and Procurement Systems for global organizations should apply here!

This role will be based in Malaysia and onsite.

The Day-to-Day Activities

  • Act as a Procure To Pay Solutions Lead by ensuring that solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Identify gaps in processes and make sound recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Make recommendations of configurations and deployments lifecycles to ensure projects' successes.
  • Share your insights and solution plans to cross-functional and technical team members, management and stakeholders.
  • Identify and support auditing needs e.g. reporting and making sense out of logs.
  • Support in creating business & technology roadmaps with Finance, Procurement & GTS leadership, and manage resource allocated (budgets) to execute on vision.
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
  • Be a driver of change for Finance and Procurement & GTS to continuously improve our ability to serve Grabbers; includes identifying gaps in processes, data lifecycle or new relevant releases in platform offerings.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • At least 5 years of experience
  • Experience with configuring Oracle Procurement Cloud (Contracts, Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Supplier Management, BPM Approval Workflow), including integrations to external systems.
  • Experience with configuring Oracle Financials Cloud Payables (Invoice, payment, BPM Approval Workflow, IDR), including integrations to external systems.
  • Experience in AI, automations and integrations to external systems.
  • Strong and deep knowledge in change/enhancement requests lifecycles e.g. config/development, SIT/UAT, release packaging/management within Financial ERP space.
  • Ability to make sense and detect impacts e.g. if enhancements are made to a process, what other processes/data points are impacted in ERP.
  • Understand prioritization of enhancements e.g. what should come first to avoid risks/impacts.
  • Experienced in managing internal and external auditors asks for relevant finance processes and governance requirements.
  • Experienced implementing SOX compliance & audit controls for financial and planning systems (e.g. Change Management, Release Management).

The Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in Oracle SCM Cloud (i.e. Inventory Management, Supply Chain Planning, Order management) and Oracle Financials Cloud R2R.
  • Knowledge on Order To Cash (O2C) and Record To Report (R2R) system and business processes.
  • Basic Knowledge on SQL & Reporting tools (OTBI, BI)
  • Knowledge of COSO & COBIT frameworks.
  • Knowledge and direct experience with ERP, EPM and MDM.

Get to know the Role

Reporting to Solutions Manager II, Finance Systems, you will be contributing to Grab's ERP enhancements and deployments. What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • At least 5 years of experience
