  • Good people management skills. Experienced in managing a large team providing HR share services, in a high-growth environment is preferred.

What you will do

Reporting to Business Unit Head, the Sales Lead is accountable for:

  • Maximising revenue and market share in the region by driving sales activity and providing leadership to the field force
  • Designing & execute Sales force/Customer Engagement strategy,
  • Leading sales team and coaching team members and
  • Effectively work in the matrix and take leadership for customer centricity strategies with relevant internal stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Translates Amgen affiliate and brand strategy into regional/district plans (to deliver successful treatments)
  • Analyses the sales performance of the relevant brands in the territory and identifies key levers for action
  • Keeps business unit team informed of any market changes / competitor activity relevant to strategy implementation and development
  • Ensures execution of the Marketing/Commercial tactics by development of territory plans (Plan Actions) with team members
  • Manages approved budgets to ensure appropriate allocation of resources to meet the plan and financial control
  • Plans, allocates and monitors team expenses budget to ensure budgetary control.
  • Tracks progress of marketing messages and programs
  • Monitors implementation of plan of actions throughout sales cycles and ensures budget spend within agreed time, costs, compliance and quality parameters

Danone Asia & Service Delivery Centre, Kuala Lumpur, is a Finance Shared Service dedicated to delivering exceptional service experiences across China, North Asia & Oceania (CNAO) , and India-South East Asia (ISEA) . Our mission is to be the BEST IN CLASS by enhancing every touchpoint, driven by our unwavering commitment to quality and innovation for our valued Danoners, customers, and suppliers.

We are currently hiring an experienced HRBP Lead to drive all HR initiatives for the Danone Asia & Service Delivery Centre (ASDC), in close partnership with local BU HR teams—focusing on building business service capabilities, developing HRBPs, and ensuring talent acquisition and operational excellence in alignment with Danone’s HR strategy.

Responsibilities:

HR Processes Execution

  • Contribute to talent needs identification.
  • Initiate the jobs requisition process, work closely with the local BU HR team on the short list process, participate in the interview strategy, validate and present the job offer.
  • Ensure onboarding process.
  • Prepare functional Talent Review following Danone guidelines and support Development Conversation process, meeting Talents and key people regularly.
  • Build pipeline and succession plan as well as career path for ASDC population.
  • Ensure the full running of the Performance Management process for the Danoners in scope and run calibration sessions.
  • Identify collective functional capabilities required to support ASDC performance, as well as individual learning needs.
  • Liaise with the local HR BU team to build learning plans accordingly.
  • Support Danoners in implementing their Talent Development Plans.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Work with the reward team to build or review reward frameworks, incentive mechanisms according to local market and global instructions, run ASR for ASDC population.
  • Lead BP team to ensure Danoner data accuracy in all HR systems.
  • Drive proper implementation of HR policies and guidelines and ensure compliance with local labor legislation.
  • Animate H&S, Working Conditions and Well-being initiatives (e.g., Wise2, Dancers) and maintain a fair and fluid social dialogue during Work Council, Employee Mediation, etc.

Proximity Management and Engagement

  • Support and challenge Line Managers with team dynamics/transformation projects.
  • Support and activate Zone DBS engagement programs.
  • Drive a high-performance culture that attracts talent to ASDC.
About You
  • A proven track record of 15 years of HR experience, preferably with a strong background in Talent Management and HR Business Partnering.
  • Understand end-to-end HR service scope and employee journey.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect HR/Talent strategy with business demand.
  • Experienced in change management, culture, and engagement management .
  • Outstanding soft skills in managing complexity, stakeholders, and communication at all levels.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and data.
  • Business partnering and service-oriented mindset.
