Summary
The “Program Manager ” will be based in Flex PTP, reporting to Director, Program Management. In this role, you will be in charge of guiding a team of cross-functional experts in the delivery of customer-focused products and services, and will lead development and execution of project, pricing, and program strategies to continue delivering value to the business and its customers.
Responsibilities- Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
- Track relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
- Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
- Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring adherence to product development timelines, delivery, quality and required business metrics.
- Review program proposals or plans to resolve timeframes, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing the program, staffing requirements and resource allotment.
- Establish work plans and staffing for each phase of the program and arrange for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
- Manage coordination of product lifecycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction across accounts of varying complexities.
- Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation point in the event of customer issues.
- Conduct customer satisfaction reviews and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.
- Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.
- Maintain excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.
