Requirements:

1. Education and Certification: A minimum requirement for preschool teaching is a diploma in early childhood.
2. Experience: Prior experience working with young children, in preschool setting, is preferred.
3. Patience and Communication Skills: communicate clearly and engage children in a positive manner. Also, be able to communicate effectively with parents or guardians
4. Creativity and Flexibility: possess creativity to design engaging and stimulating activities for children, flexible in adapting their teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and individual needs
5. Organization and Time Management: Effective organizational and time management skills for managing a classroom and planning educational activities. Preschool teachers should be able to create and follow schedules, maintain records, and manage resources effectively
6. Physical Stamina: physically fit and have the stamina to actively engage with children throughout the day
