8.    Assist Resources Development VP with land acquisition process, preparing and implementing land acquisition framework and policies, site due diligence and authority regulatory coordination.

Academic qualification & Requirements:

§ Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as civil engineering, architecture, or data centre campus master planning.

§ Extensive experience in land development for large-scale data center projects in APAC, especially Malaysia and Thailand.

§ Strong project management skills are essential for overseeing the entire lifecycle of land development for Data centre projects

§ Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
