About The Opportunity

The Agent Workspace L3 Support role will investigate & resolve level 3 Agent Workspace (Salesforce Service Cloud) and related technologies support cases within an agreed business SLA.

Platform Support

  • Investigate and resolve level 3 support cases for Agent Workspace (Salesforce Service Cloud) and other integrated systems users across all markets in AMER, APAC and EMEA
  • Resolve support service requests, change request and incidents within SLA (Service Level Agreement)
  • Manage global case queues to ensure adequate support coverage and handling of support cases.
  • Research, document, and resolve customer issues, using internal and external tools.
  • Where necessary escalate issues, bugs and change requests to internal technical teams, product teams and stakeholders when required.
  • Managing customer expectations and the customer experience to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Creating and curating Agent Workspace knowledge content, specifically Level 3 knowledge articles.
  • Troubleshoot and investigate salesforce technical functionality. E.g. omni channel routing flows and Apex classes in Salesforce.com
  • Attend technical ceremonies to stay in touch with development, sprint planning, and knowledge.
  • Facilitate the deployment of support configuration requests through the technical deployment process (Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Salesforce CLI etc), and by working closely with the global technical team

Personal Development

  • Maintain Salesforce product knowledge, as well as relevant third-party applications supported.
  • Create and maintain personal salesforce trailhead and certification plans.
  • Work with your leadership teams to develop brightness of future plans.

Job Requirements & Competencies:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce.com administration, preferably with Service Cloud, Salesforce Administrator, and Advanced Administrator

  • Ability to analyse numerical data and all other sources of information

Overview

We are seeking a skilled SD-WAN Network L3 Support Engineer with expertise in Viptela to join our team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing advanced technical support for our SD-WAN solutions, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of our network infrastructure. Mandarin speaking is required to cater clients from Mandarin speaking countries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and optimize SD-WAN solutions using Cisco and other leading vendors.
  • Configure and troubleshoot WAN technologies including MPLS, DMVPN , and dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP ).
  • Lead migration projects from legacy WAN to SD-WAN architecture.
  • Develop and maintain SD-WAN policies , templates, and performance baselines.
Data Center & ACI Infrastructure
  • Architect and deploy Cisco ACI environments including tenants, bridge domains, EPGs, and L3 gateway migrations.
  • Implement Spine-Leaf topology using Cisco Nexus 93108YC-EX/FX, C93360YC-FX2.
  • Manage and optimize Nexus switches , VDC, VPC+, FabricPath, and NX-OS environments.
Network Design & Documentation
  • Create High-Level Designs (HLD) , Low-Level Designs (LLD) , Network Implementation Plans (NIP) , and NRFU documentation.
  • Develop Visio diagrams and procedural documentation for operational handover.
Security & Wireless
  • Configure and support F5 LTM/GTM , FortiGate , Palo Alto , and Cisco ASA firewalls.
  • Implement and troubleshoot wireless networks using Cisco DNA Wireless, Prime, and Aruba ClearPass.
Project & Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent the network domain in virtual project teams.
  • Execute scheduled implementations during maintenance windows and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
  • Mentor junior engineers and lead knowledge transfer sessions.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years in network engineering, deployment, and operations.
  • Strong experience in SD-WAN , Cisco ACI , Nexus , and routing protocols .
  • Proven ability to manage global enterprise networks and data centers.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with ITIL processes , disaster recovery drills, and compliance audits.
