Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide
    Level 3 support
    for applications and systems.
  • Collaborate with DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment, monitoring, and system reliability.
  • Work on projects related to
    Wealth Management and Advisory
    , supporting solutions that deliver investment advisory services for diverse client segments.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues within agreed SLAs.
  • Support product enhancement, bug fixes, and performance optimization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 6–9 years of professional experience in software development and support.
  • Strong hands-on experience in
    .NET and SQL development
    .
  • Proficiency in
    MS-SQL
    database management.
  • Good understanding of
    DevOps practices
    .
  • Exposure to the
    Wealth Management/Financial Services
    domain is an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
