- Investigate PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, and DB connection issues in Oracle/MySQL environments.

About The Opportunity
The Agent Workspace L3 Support role will investigate & resolve level 3 Agent Workspace (Salesforce Service Cloud) and related technologies support cases within an agreed business SLA.
Platform Support
- Investigate and resolve level 3 support cases for Agent Workspace (Salesforce Service Cloud) and other integrated systems users across all markets in AMER, APAC and EMEA
- Resolve support service requests, change request and incidents within SLA (Service Level Agreement)
- Manage global case queues to ensure adequate support coverage and handling of support cases.
- Research, document, and resolve customer issues, using internal and external tools.
- Where necessary escalate issues, bugs and change requests to internal technical teams, product teams and stakeholders when required.
- Managing customer expectations and the customer experience to improve customer satisfaction.
- Creating and curating Agent Workspace knowledge content, specifically Level 3 knowledge articles.
- Troubleshoot and investigate salesforce technical functionality. E.g. omni channel routing flows and Apex classes in Salesforce.com
- Attend technical ceremonies to stay in touch with development, sprint planning, and knowledge.
- Facilitate the deployment of support configuration requests through the technical deployment process (Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Salesforce CLI etc), and by working closely with the global technical team
Personal Development
- Maintain Salesforce product knowledge, as well as relevant third-party applications supported.
- Create and maintain personal salesforce trailhead and certification plans.

Job Requirements & Competencies:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce.com administration, preferably with Service Cloud, Salesforce Administrator, and Advanced Administrator
- Demonstrate constructive conflict resolution skills to ensure a positive outcome for all involved
- Ability to see outside the square when overcoming problems
- Ability to analyse numerical data and all other sources of information
- Have a highly organised approach to work

About the role
We are looking for a senior AWS-focused Technical Services Engineer (Level 3) to join our Managed Services team. In this key role, you will act as the final escalation point for complex AWS technical issues, while maintaining the performance, reliability, and security of mission-critical environments. You will manage full lifecycle operations - from system upgrades to patching, performance monitoring, and change documentation - across both production and non-production systems.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across AWS-based infrastructures.
- Back up and restore EC2 instances and attached volumes.
- Patch and maintain operating systems and applications.
- Perform application upgrades, including new releases across environments.
- Change instance configurations (e.g. disk size, FSx file systems, compute resources)
- Administer IAM and Active Directory group-based access management.
- Monitor system and application performance via AWS CloudWatch and Splunk.
- Plan and execute system migrations and infrastructure changes.
- Lead and document change processes via ServiceNow (SNOW), including evidence of installs/patches.
- Ensure optimal performance and resource utilisation across environments.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps, and security teams on cross-functional issues and improvements.
- Provide technical guidance to Level 1 and 2 engineers.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support disaster recovery planning.
Qualifications and Experience
- Deep expertise with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, FSx, VPC, CloudWatch, etc.)
- Proven experience in scripting, automation, and infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform, Cloud Formation, AWS CLI)Strong understanding of IAM, Active Directory integrations, and role-based access controls.
- Experience with database management (PostgreSQL, SQL Server), including patching and upgrades.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk and AWS-native solutions.
- Excellent documentation and change management skills, ideally with SNOW.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to handle high-pressure, critical issues.
- Hands-on experience with application lifecycle management in cloud environments.
- Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Data Pipeline Management & Optimization : Oversee and optimize data pipelines (ETL/ELT) across on-premise and cloud environments, ensuring seamless data flow while proactively enhancing data throughput, scalability, and resource efficiency.
Platform & Tool Expertise: Provide expert support for data tools, platforms, and technologies, including relational/NoSQL databases, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), data warehousing, and ETL frameworks, while mentoring junior team members on best practices.
Automation & Monitoring: Implement and support automated monitoring systems to detect data anomalies, system failures, and performance issues and leverage advanced scripting and orchestration tools (e.g., Python, Bash, Apache Airflow) to automate workflows and reduce operational overhead.
Root Cause Analysis & Incident Management: Lead post-incident reviews, perform root cause analysis for data disruptions, and implement corrective actions, while creating detailed reports and documentation to drive continuous improvement.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create detailed technical documentation for data systems, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures, while developing knowledge-sharing resources to ensure best practices are consistently applied across the organization.
Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor junior data engineers and team members, offering guidance on complex technical issues, while fostering a collaborative, knowledge-driven environment that encourages professional growth and technical excellence.
We are looking for an individual who:
Has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience). A Master’s degree is a plus.
With a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in a data support, data engineering, or data operations role, with significant exposure to large-scale data architectures and cloud-based solutions.
Has following technical skills:
o Expert-level proficiency in SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redshift) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
o Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Scala, Java) for data integration, automation, and problem-solving.
o In-depth experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Microsoft services (e.g., Azure Storage, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL Database, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Purview).
o Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT methodologies, including hands-on experience with relevant tools and technologies (eg; Databricks)
o Proven track record of diagnosing complex issues within data processing workflows and optimizing data delivery and performance at scale.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
o Strong analytical abilities, with experience in identifying and solving highly complex data issues quickly and efficiently.
