About The Opportunity

Platform Support
- Investigate and resolve level 3 support cases for Agent Workspace (Salesforce Service Cloud) and other integrated systems users across all markets in AMER, APAC and EMEA
- Resolve support service requests, change request and incidents within SLA (Service Level Agreement)
- Manage global case queues to ensure adequate support coverage and handling of support cases.

Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Developer with 6-9 years of experience in Core Banking (Investments & Wealth) to support L3 activities and deliver robust solutions. The ideal candidate will be skilled in .NET, SQL, and DevOps practices, with strong expertise in wealth management and investment advisory services for diverse client segments.
Key Responsibilities- Provide L3 development and support for Core Banking systems in the Investments & Wealth domain.
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET and SQL technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement wealth management and advisory solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis, resolve production issues, and deliver timely fixes/enhancements.
- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and system reliability across open systems and Windows environments.
- Contribute to DevOps pipelines, automation, and continuous integration/delivery.
- Work closely with business and technical teams to ensure regulatory, compliance, and business objectives are met.
- 6-9 years of experience in application development and L3 support within Core Banking.
- Strong expertise in .NET and SQL development.
- Hands-on experience with MS-SQL databases and open systems/Windows platforms.
- Proven ability to deliver solutions in the Investments & Wealth/Wealth Management domain, particularly in investment advisory services.
- Good understanding of DevOps practices and automation tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
