Job Description
1. Conveyancing and Property Transactions:
Subsale & Project Development: Manage Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA) and loan documentation for both subsale and project developments.
Perfection of Transfer & Charge: Oversee the completion of Transfer and Charge documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Discharge of Charge & Deed of Receipt and Reassignment: Handle documentation for discharge processes, including deeds of receipt and reassignment.
Proficiently navigate various bank portal systems and online platforms to streamline conveyancing processes.
Prepare and manage all documentation and administrative tasks related to conveyancing and corporate legal matters.
2. Non-Contentious Legal Matters:
Assist with probate, joint petition divorces, and other non-contentious matters by drafting necessary documents, including affidavits, estate distribution papers, and other relevant filings.
Draft and prepare cause papers for non-contentious cases with a focus on accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
Correspond with clients, bankers, and developers to maintain smooth and efficient case management.
3. Contentious Legal Support:
Conduct research and draft pleadings, affidavits, submissions, and other court documents as required for contentious cases.
Assist the legal team in trial preparation, attending client meetings, and supporting in dispute resolution strategies.
4. Client Relationship & Administrative Management:
Foster and maintain good working relationships with agents, clients, and stakeholders.
Oversee relevant administrative and basic accounting tasks associated with legal files.
Organize case files, track deadlines, and manage case progression to ensure timely and accurate client service.
