Junior Proposal & Contract Executive (Fresh Graduate)
for a full-time, on-site position in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
This role is ideal for a motivated graduate (preferably based in Setapak/Kuala Lumpur) with a Degree in Engineering or related field. You will gain valuable hands-on experience in proposals, tenders, and contract management while working in a dynamic and supportive environment within the oil & gas industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating proposal and tender submissions
- Support the preparation of documents including quotations, budgets, and cost estimates
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, licenses, and company registration documents
- Communicate with internal teams and clients for contract-related follow-ups
- Attend briefings and client meetings alongside senior staff
- Assist in updating insurance and compliance documentation with other departments
