Job Summary

• We are currently looking for a UX/UI designer to join our digital team. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about creating effective, intuitive and beautiful experiences.
• The UX/UI Web designer will work with clients, Project Managers and technology teams to conceptualize and design our website, mobile site and eCommerce solutions we create across a range of industries.

Position Responsibilities

• Understand user & client needs and work both independently and with our team of UX and UI designers to develop concepts and solutions.
• Create prototypes and animation examples to fully explain experiences
• Present wireframes, flows, design concepts and solutions
• Partner with our project managers, developers, and the members of the creative team to create consistency in the user experience on the platforms we create.
• Work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Highly developed design skills, demonstrated in your portfolio of recent work
• Solid understanding of designing for functionality, navigation, interactions, and interfaces
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Strong communication skills (in English), excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Figma
• A team player who enjoys a collaborative environment. You’re flexible and open-minded
• Understanding of what is feasible with HTML/CSS/JS.
• eCommerce experience is an advantage
• Experience with digital agency environment is an advantage
• Fluency in English is a must.

Experience & Skills Required Experience: 4–7 years Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end visual design efforts from concept to final delivery.

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to guide informed design decisions.

• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups , and interactive prototypes .

• Ensure design consistency across products using pattern libraries and design systems.

• Champion user-centered design principles and promote iterative design processes.

• Present and explain design concepts clearly to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Mentor junior designers and foster design knowledge sharing within the team.

Key Requirements:

• Strong UX/UI or visual design experience, ideally within large-scale or government systems .

• A portfolio showcasing your design process from research to implementation.

• Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma , Adobe XD , etc.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

1. UX Research & Analysis: Talk to users to understand their needs and challenges. Analyze data to identify pain points in existing tools.

3. Visual Design: Create icons, illustrations, and dashboards that are easy to understand and inclusive, ensuring designs align with our brand’s style.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of work experience as a UI/UX designer or a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing design thinking, visual design solutions, and your role in scaling them (HR tech or AI tools are a bonus!).
2. Tools: Strong skills in Figma. Familiarity with Sketch, Adobe Suite, or Miro is helpful. Experience with design systems such as Ant Design is a plus!
