Education:

• Certifications in AI/ML (e.g., Google AI, AWS ML, Microsoft AI Engineer) are a plus.
Experience:
• 5–8 years total in AI/ML, with 2–3 years in a leadership or technical management role.
• Proven experience in deploying ML models into production (real-time or batch).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and tools like Jira, Confluence, Git, etc.
Technical Proficiency:

• A doctoral qualification (PhD) or equivalent
• A strong record of successful and innovative curriculum development
• An outstanding record of teaching which demonstrates a commitment to educational innovation
• Demonstrated skills and experience in collaboration and leadership
• Ability to promote the discipline internally within the university as well as externally, both nationally and internationally
• Eligible to register with the MBOT as a Professional Technologist
• Eligible to apply for a teaching permit with the Ministry of Education
