Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing cost estimates, quotations, and bills of quantities (BQ).
Support tender preparation, pricing, and procurement coordination.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist in price comparison.
Handle site measurements, progress claims, and variation orders.
Maintain cost records and project documentation.
Work closely with project and site teams to ensure cost efficiency.
Carry out other QS-related tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or equivalent.
Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Good understanding of construction drawings and measurement basics.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of CostX / AutoCAD is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.

Works with Plant personnel and expertise centers to coordinate, prioritize and schedule Plant activities. Ensures that value added and complete service requests are generated.
