Key Responsibilities:

Customer Management

  • Monitor customer forecasts to alert management of trends
  • Receive, verify, acknowledge and process customer orders
  • Monitor, analyse, and report metrics related to order fulfilment

Stock Management

  • Define and implement stock holding policies for all raw materials, components, and finished goods that minimise stock levels while avoiding delays due to stockouts.
  • Agree lead times, MOQ’s etc and input to the system
  • Define supply chain metrics and report performance as required
  • Work in conjunction with Project, Strategic Purchasing and Quality for approval of suppliers for purchased items, negotiating prices and terms as necessary.
  • Maintain and develop effective supplier relationships with all suppliers and logistics partners (distributors and hauliers).
  • Regularly review the supply base to ensure that the company is using the most appropriate suppliers. Negotiate the best terms and most favourable prices.
  • Monitor supplier performance/deliveries and provide input for supplier performance review.

Production planning

  • Review sales forecasts, customer orders and stock on hand to create production plan for the facility.
  • Monitor available capacity against forecast demand, report and discuss if a problem detected.
  • Communicate production plan according to specified product responsibilities.
  • Plan requests for maintenance/repairs to production equipment.
  • Communicate exceptions to plans in an effective and timely manner.

Purchasing

  • Create purchase orders to support the production plan.
  • Follow up and monitor purchase orders status.
  • Shipping
  • Provide support to shipping associates for logistics arrangements.

General

  • Represent Supply Chain matters in production meetings and raise or respond to issues
  • Ensure compliance with all SOPs (Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety, Personnel etc).
  • Provide lead times for new products.
  • Provide detailed reports / ERP queries as required by the business to support management requests.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university, OR Diploma or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
  • 2 years or more working experience in related field
  • Experience in production planning, materials planning, purchasing and logistics (domestic / import / export) arrangements is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience of working in a computerised ERP environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience with purchasing and supply in a global operation to meet production plan is preferred but not essential.
  • Knowledge of inventory control disciplines and best practices.
  • Familiarity with key terms and experience with inbound and outbound global logistics.
  • Good communication skills in English both written and spoken

The Regional Supply Chain team is responsible for overseeing day-to-day supply chain activities within the region's markets. This encompasses responsibilities such as supply planning, logistics and fulfilment, warehouse management, inventory management. About The Role

The Global Supply Planning role ensures supply is secured as per demand & complete PO management adherence to fulfil demand by translating short term and mid -term demand forecasts into granular short-term production schedules that also align with near-term requirements. This role will ensure that capacity are fully utilized and PO & Production adherence is met to standard,

Key Responsibilities

  • Release & manage PO as per production schedule as first point of contact for contract manufacturer.
  • Monitor optimal supply availability as per demand.
  • Maintain & Improve Key Supply KPIs across network .
  • Root cause reason for deviation in short term production vs plan.
  • Translate the master production plan into detailed production schedules, ensuring high accuracy in meeting customer requirements.
  • Develop and align changes to the production schedule when demand or supply deviates from plan.
  • Coordinate with CMs and Procurement team to ensure schedules align with capacity and material availability.
  • Identify and address material shortages or delays that could impact production timelines.
  • Communicate production plans changes effectively within GSC & possible impact in network due to same.
  • Measure, Analyse root causes and report key supply planning metrics, and monitor adherence to key performance indicators.
  • Track and report on production performance, including adherence to schedules, lead times, and output and root cause.


About You

  • A minimum of bachelor’s degree majoring in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience with longer-term Planning based on planning parameters within an MNC.
  • Proven track record in production network optimisation
  • Strong drive to find creative solutions to new challenges.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and resilience and respond constructively to new demands and challenges.
  • Excellent communication and analytic skills.
  • Supply chain/operations certification a plus, such as APICS, CPIM or lean.
  • Experience with SAP IBP, SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba is advantageous.

About The Team

Our Supply Chain Globalization team supports the company's fast growing supply chain footprints, by managing datacenter assets and logistics, sourcing and procuring data center facility materials and equipment, delivering hardware and services to global CDN/Edge/PoP sites, and partnering with cloud providers. Our mission is to build resilient, integrated, innovative global Supply Chain solutions and enable our customers to grow and scale.


Job responsibilities
  1. Formulate the quality objectives and quality assurance plans of the server products and suppliers, decompose them to each supplier and monitor them in the factory, and be responsible for achieving the quality objectives.
  2. Lead or participate in major product quality improvement projects, identify product quality risks and make strategic / high-quality product quality planning.
  3. Participate in DFQ review of new products and TR4A/TR5/TR6 review of new products to ensure the quality and product maturity.
  4. Be responsible for the quality management and continuous improvement of the whole life cycle of products (from new product introduction to mass production), and release the quality operation report.
  5. Lead the supplier QSA / QPA audit / performance assessment / portfolio management and annual summary report, and promote the systematic quality improvement of suppliers.
  6. Lead the analysis and improvement of major quality abnormalities (production & market) and quality recheck (long-term prevention).
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree or above in electronics / communication / electromechanical related major.
  2. Familiar with the production process, key points of technical control and quality exception handling process of electronic products.
  3. Familiar with the whole life cycle quality management of electronic products (from new product introduction to mass production), familiar with the quality planning and implementation of digital communication products, and have major project management experience.
  4. Be familiar with EMS / ODM / JDM supplier quality management mode, and be familiar with supplier QSA / QPA systematic audit diagnosis and guidance improvement; Be familiar with material quality management, and master the quality control methods of secondary material suppliers.
  5. Be familiar with product development process, supplier certification process, new product NPI process (TR review), small batch verification, and continuous improvement of batch production quality.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Master’s degree or above in quality management.

The Regional Supply Chain team is responsible for overseeing day-to-day supply chain activities within the region's markets. This encompasses responsibilities such as supply planning, logistics and fulfilment, warehouse management, inventory management. Their objective is to ensure the smooth flow of goods from market warehouses to customers while also striving to optimize costs and enhance customer satisfaction.

About the Role

The Global Supply Planning role ensures supply is secured as per demand & complete PO management adherence to fulfil demand by translating short term and mid -term demand forecasts into granular short-term production schedules that also align with near-term requirements. This role will ensure that capacity are fully utilized and PO & Production adherence is met to standard,

Key Responsibilities:

Release & manage PO as per production schedule as first point of contact for contract manufacturer.

Monitor optimal supply availability as per demand.

Maintain & Improve Key Supply KPIs across network.

Root cause reason for deviation in short term production vs plan.

Translate the master production plan into detailed production schedules, ensuring high accuracy in meeting customer requirements.

Develop and align changes to the production schedule when demand or supply deviates from plan.

Coordinate with CMs and Procurement team to ensure schedules align with capacity and material availability.

Identify and address material shortages or delays that could impact production timelines.

Communicate production plans changes effectively within GSC & possible impact in network due to same.

Measure, Analyse root causes and report key supply planning metrics, and monitor adherence to key performance indicators.

Track and report on production performance, including adherence to schedules, lead times, and output and root cause.

About You

A minimum of bachelor’s degree majoring in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.

5 years of experience with longer-term Planning based on planning parameters within an MNC.

Proven track record in production network optimisation

Strong drive to find creative solutions to new challenges.

Demonstrate flexibility and resilience and respond constructively to new demands and challenges.

Excellent communication and analytic skills.

Supply chain/operations certification a plus, such as APICS, CPIM or lean.

Experience with SAP IBP, SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba is advantageous.

We are looking for a Supply Chain professional to join a long-term project in the Large Format Printing (LFP) sector. The selected candidate will provide key support to supply chain operations and work closely with departments such as NPI, SC, and R&D at a global level.

️ Main responsibilities

  • Support supply chain services for LFP projects.
  • BOM management (PCO control and structural changes).
  • Cost control and approvals: production quotes, MOQ, tooling, cost reduction initiatives, etc.
  • Coordination with NPI, Supply Chain, and R&D teams (schedule control, release plan, lead time, purchase orders, metrology, and process tracking).
  • Testing and maintenance of internal tools (ESCPD, macros, etc.).
  • Advanced use of Excel for data analysis, cost tracking, and inventory control.
  • Fluent communication in English with international teams.

️ How you will work

  • You will work aligned with Malaysian office hours.
  • Permanent contract from day one.
  • If you live in Johor Bahru, you can work from the office. If you live in other parts of Malaysia, remote work is possible, but occasional visits to the plant are expected.
  • Monthly net salary of 8,000–9,000 MYR, depending on demonstrated experience.
