JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Being on top of our brands' product knowledge to ensure customers are assisted well with their needs
- Provide excellent customer service, informing customers of our current promotions, best seller items
- Involved with the Visual Merchandising team to guarantee the store is in accordance to our brand guidelines, displays are serving to attract customers to walk in to the store
- Contribute positively to achieving individual and group sales target by increasing the UPT & ATV and returning customers
- Ensure Store Opening, Closing and sales transactions are in line with the SOP of our brands
- Proper care of stocks, inventory, mannequins and any items within the store at all times
- Directly involved in working with the inventory & merchandising team to ensure the floor inventory and stocks are with no losses by conducting stock counts and receiving
- Being the Company representative by complying with Brand standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Open for Malaysian only
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level/STPM/"A" Level, any field
- Managerial position: Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Non-managerial position: Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Highly motivated with good insight of customer service
- Pleasant personality and professional conduct with the ability to work under pressure
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Willing to work according to the retail hours, on weekends as well as on public holidays.

Sales Administrator
1) Monitor and respond to emails concerning new purchase order, delivery instructions, request for quotations, delivery advice and address customer inquires.
2) Obtain and confirm quotation prices from internal staff.
3) Prepare and email quotations to customers.
4) Prepare sales orders by verifying prices against quotations and managing payment or credit control issues.
5) Reserve material based on customer forecasts and issue Product Order Sheet including checking finished good and raw material.

7) Prepare mill certificates for each item and Purchase Order including composition check and approval signatures.
8) Manage balance coil reservations and address any packing discrepancies with repack Product Order.
9) Prepare delivery orders, arrange delivery schedules and manage transport logistics.
10) Monitor the master plan schedule for changes, delays or machine breakdowns.
11) Prepare monthly delivery summary reports and price variance summary reports for customers.
12) Prepare and follow up on credit notes and debit notes for issues such as customer rejections, transporter problem and price variance.
13) Preferable Mandarin speaking to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
14) Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Purchasing Administrator
1) Administrative & Clerical Support:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the purchasing team.
- Maintain accurate filing of Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, invoice, and delivery records.
- Print, scan, and organize documents for audit and ISO filing.
2) Procurement & Order Management:
- Source and request quotations for indirect materials and office use items.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) based on approved Purchase Requisitions.
- Track PO delivery status and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Follow up on shipping/delivery schedules, product quality, and order confirmation.
- Liaise with warehouse and relevant departments on goods receipt and inspection.

- Supplier performance (on-time delivery, pricing).
- Assist in maintaining vendor databases, item master lists, and internal tracking logs.
5) Document Coordination & Compliance:

MIDA tax exemption.
SIRIM inspections (if applicable).
Match Delivery Order / Purchase Order/invoice and coordinate with Accounts
Department for payment processing.
6) Communication & Coordination:
- Answer internal and supplier inquiries on Purchase Requisition / Purchase Order /delivery matters.
- Communicate with Production, Store, HR, Safety, Finance, Sales departments for cross-functional support.
- Send reminders to suppliers for pending deliveries or missing documents.
7) Audit & ISO Support:
