Job Functions: Bank Operations, Project Management
- Assist in multidisciplinary project teams to deliver on the strategic business improvement plan in line with Corporate and service priorities focusing on delivering efficiencies and improved service user experience.
- Provide expertise to ensure that the department’s key business improvement transformation projects are run to time and to a high quality.
- Develop and maintain strong project governance management across the end to end process pipeline to ensure that all major projects are joined up and focus on the priority areas. All projects must follow the agreed project management protocols and framework and drive the benefits of new business processes and systems and innovative practice to deliver continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with the service’s standards and processes, and operate within the context of the service priorities and principles of increasing user choice and control over the services they receive.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ experience in Project Management in banking/ FI industry
- Ability to track record of delivery to time and to budget. High level of competency in project managing highly complex projects. Proven record of delivering business improvement through transformational projects
- Evidence of ability to communicate complex issues to service users and other stakeholders, in an effective and clear style
- Flexible and adaptive to changes, Familiar with computer software like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Summary:
The Search Specialist within the Enterprise Search Platform Team is responsible for maintaining and optimising the platform, powered by Sinequa technology. - Search Implementation (Sinequa engine): Configure, customize, and maintain Sinequa's search platform to meet organizational requirements.

- Implement data ingestion procedures leveraging Sinequa connectors and APIs.
- Development of Search-Based Applications: Design, develop, and deploy search-based applications that leverage the Sinequa platform.
- Integrate search functionalities into existing and new applications to enhance user experience and information retrieval.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create engaging and efficient search interfaces.
- Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data within search-based applications.
- Test, debug, and document search-based applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Optimization and Performance:
- Monitor and optimize search performance, ensuring low latency and high accuracy of search results.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to search indexing, relevance, and data retrieval.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Google Cloud Platform knowledge
- Proven experience with the Sinequa platform or similar enterprise search solutions (e.g. Solr, Coveo, Elasticsearch).
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Angular, Python, .NET or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data integration tools (e.g. REST API, Postman) and techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Must have Qualifications:
- Experience with other enterprise search platforms or technologies (e.g.,Sinequa, Elasticsearch, Solr).
- Background in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning as applied to search.

- Manage user acquisition from awareness to install, retention, and re-engagement
- Test creatives, audience segments, bidding strategies, and landing pages
- Scale programmatic media buying strategies across global markets
- Develop high-performing channel partnerships and DSP relationships
- Coordinate closely with regional teams for local execution (Russia, LATAM, SEA, etc.)

- Monitor user behavior through funnel analysis and multi-touch attribution
- Translate insights into tactical changes to improve conversion and LTV
- Work closely with:
- Creative teams for ad development and testing
- Martech and tech teams for tracking, postbacks, and tag management
- Affiliate and regional marketing leads for coordinated performance growth
- Ensure campaigns align with broader performance goals and report progress to the Performance Lead
- Work closely with Growth Manager/Performance Lead
- Take up task provided by Head of Digital Marketing
- 4 to 6+ years in paid media or performance marketing roles
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads, Bing, Apple Search Ads, and YouTube Ads
- DSP platforms: Applovin, Liftoff, Moloco, DV360
- Attribution tools: AppsFlyer, GA4, Firebase
- Experience managing performance campaigns for both web and mobile platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience optimizing for CAC, ROAS, and LTV
- Strong grasp of user funnels, audience segmentation, and channel-specific nuances
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Preferred: Experience in CFD, crypto exchang, gambling, casino gaming, or non-listed app promotion
- Experience in handling budget more than $1 Million and cloaking
- Must be able to talk Fluent English
- Experience working across regulated or sensitive markets (e.g., EU, Russia, MENA, SEA and more)
- Familiarity with app store optimization (ASA/ASO) and mobile growth loops
- Knowledge of fraud prevention, event tagging, and post-install behavior optimization
- Experience working with automated bidding, rule-based budget scaling, and performance monitoring

We are looking for curious individuals who are keen to develop their knowledge across Search and Social advertising, who thrive in a fast-paced environment and can be both analytical and creative.
Responsibilities
- Support the Social & Search Planner with planning of paid digital campaigns.
- Help manage and execute campaigns throughout campaign life cycle including set up, creative management, pacing and delivery.
- Set up campaigns across Social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.) and Search (Google Ads, Apple Search, etc.).
- Provide meaningful insights and analysis and recommend opportunities to improve campaigns.
- Deliver results in line with client objectives and KPIs.
- Analyse data to spot key trends and report them to key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
- At least 1-2 years of experience managing Paid Search & Social campaigns.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables).
- A love for data and an ability to analyze a vast amount of data with exceptional attention to detail.
- You can think outside of the box to offer solutions to clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a cohesive team to achieve and deliver in excess of targets.
