Responsibilities: Responsible for the construction of the operation management platform and risk control management platform of the exchange’s derivatives/spot/financial management and other business lines to empower business growth; Responsible for the system analysis and design of business projects, and lead the completion of detailed design and coding tasks, and control the progress and quality of the project; Responsible for the high-performance, high-security, high-scalability architecture design and system governance of the core system. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in computer related major; Possess a solid Java foundation and be able to skillfully use Java's concurrency, security, IO, collections, generics, reflection, and proxies; be familiar with JVM principles; be familiar with the use and basic principles of common frameworks such as Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and Mybatis; Proficient in the design of distributed systems and be familiar with mechanisms such as distribution, caching, and messaging; be able to reasonably apply common distributed technologies to solve problems; Familiar with SOA and microservice architecture design; familiar with Redis, Kafka, Elasticsearch and other message components; Possess a strong interest in technology, like to study, and have good learning ability, communication skills and teamwork ability; Prior experience in distributed system development or practical experience, and experience in leading system architecture design and core code development of a certain scale will be given priority; Prior R&D experience in exchange derivatives/spot/financial management and other business operations will be a huge plus; Prior experience in financial transaction business development and system design will be a huge plus. Day-to-day, you will:

Team Leadership & Development

Technical Oversight & Strategy

· Ensure technical solutions align with broader product and business objectives

Process Management & Delivery

· Design and implement clear, efficient development processes that scale with team growth
· Drive sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives using agile methodologies
· Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, decisions, and technical architecture
· Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other departments to ensure clear communication and successful project execution
· Identify bottlenecks and systematically remove obstacles blocking team progress

Stakeholder Management

· Translate business requirements into technical specifications and realistic timelines
· Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
· Manage expectations and negotiate scope/timeline adjustments when necessary
· Provide regular status updates and escalate risks proactively
· Build strong relationships with Product, Design, and Backend teams

Your skills and experiences might also include:

• 6+ years of frontend development experience with at least 2 years in a lead/senior role
• Expert-level proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance optimization
• Familiarity with backend technologies and API design principles
• Experience with micro-frontend architectures and module federation
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization
• Contributions to open-source projects or technical blog writing
• Experience with design systems and component library development
• Familiarity with mobile development (React Native, Flutter) is a plus

Overview

We are looking for a talented and driven Senior Specialist – .NET Web Development to join our Group Technical Delivery team. You will lead the development and modernization of enterprise-grade web applications using the Microsoft stack, with a focus on scalable architecture, CI/CD automation, and adoption of AI-assisted development tools. This role requires hands-on technical excellence, a passion for clean code, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in delivering secure, high-performing, and cloud-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise web applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core/MVC).
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs, contributing to secure and scalable backend services.
• Guide solution architecture, code quality, and performance tuning to meet business needs.
• Drive modernization by adopting microservices architecture, containerization (Docker), and DevOps best practices.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity and quality.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and mentor junior developers where applicable.
• Collaborate closely with UX, QA, business analysts, and backend teams to deliver full-stack solutions.

Functional Skills And Knowledge

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in .NET web application development.

• Strong experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized application deployments; experience with Azure cloud services preferred.
• Solid frontend skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Blazor is an advantage.
• Experience with MSSQL and database performance optimization.
• Comfortable with writing unit and integration tests using xUnit/NUnit/Moq or similar.
• Awareness of secure coding practices, OAuth2/JWT, and API security considerations.

Senior Specialist,Technical Delivery - .NET Web Development

We are looking for a talented and driven Senior Specialist – .NET Web Development to join our Group Technical Delivery team. You will lead the development and modernization of enterprise-grade web applications using the Microsoft stack, with a focus on scalable architecture, CI/CD automation, and adoption of AI-assisted development tools. This role requires hands-on technical excellence, a passion for clean code, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in delivering secure, high-performing, and cloud-ready solutions. Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise web applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core/MVC). Develop and consume RESTful APIs, contributing to secure and scalable backend services. Guide solution architecture, code quality, and performance tuning to meet business needs. Drive modernization by adopting microservices architecture, containerization (Docker), and DevOps best practices. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions. Leverage AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity and quality. Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and mentor junior developers where applicable. Collaborate closely with UX, QA, business analysts, and backend teams to deliver full-stack solutions. Apply automated testing practices (unit/integration) and support continuous delivery goals. Ensure secure development practices (e.g., authentication, authorization, OWASP compliance). Functional Skills And Knowledge

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in .NET web application development. Proven expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and REST API development. Strong experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Docker and containerized application deployments; experience with Azure cloud services preferred. Solid frontend skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Blazor is an advantage. Experience with MSSQL and database performance optimization. Comfortable with writing unit and integration tests using xUnit/NUnit/Moq or similar. Awareness of secure coding practices, OAuth2/JWT, and API security considerations. Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies. Experience with code quality tools (e.g., SonarQube) is a plus. Interest in automation, AI tooling, and continuous improvement. Education

Our Client is seeking an experienced Web Frontend Development Team Lead to manage and guide a squad of 5-7 engineers. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in modern web technologies with exceptional leadership skills to drive innovation in our data visualization and user interface development. This role demands a hands-on leader who can architect sophisticated web applications while fostering team growth and delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 5-7 frontend engineers, overseeing their technical growth, project assignments, and professional development
• Drive and facilitate architectural decisions and technical excellence in frontend development, ensuring best practices in React, Angular, and modern web technologies
• Design and implement scalable frontend architectures for complex data visualization and analytics dashboards
• Guide the team in developing responsive, performant, and accessible web applications
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend teams to define technical requirements and ensure seamless integration
• Establish and maintain frontend development standards, coding guidelines, and best practices
• Lead code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical planning sessions
• Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and team performance tracking
• Foster a culture of innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning within the team
• Participate in hiring and team building activities to maintain a strong engineering culture
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of frontend development experience, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role
• Strong expertise in React and Angular frameworks, including state management solutions
• Deep understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with frontend build tools, bundlers, and modern development workflows
• Proven track record of leading frontend development teams and delivering complex web applications
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks and testing methodologies
• Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and CI/CD practices
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

• Knowledge of WebSocket and real-time data handling
