SUMMARY

Prometric Technical Services team is going through IT change and modernizing desktop managed devices and deployments. We are seeking individuals with excellent technical skillset and experience in working in a dynamic and busy IT environment. Candidate must have the ability to breakdown complex issues and can demonstrate excellent communication skills. IT Systems Analyst will play a crucial part and work as part of a Global Support Team to provide quality desktop and end user support for the Dundalk Office, remote users and Global locations. As a Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in this by collaborating across all teams and technologies and providing remote support and desk side IT support. The IT analyst must demonstrate as a self-starter and ability to independently resolve problems.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide level 1 and level 2 end user support. Including but not limited to physical and virtual machines, W10 & W11 OS and iOS operating systems, office365, Microsoft licensing, VPN, software upgrades and asset management.
  • Familiar with software management and pushing software updates and patches to all corporate machines, using GoTo patching.
  • Security and Windows Patch Management for Corporate Devices
  • Demonstrate Best practices for Mobile Device Management
  • Support and manage full Office 365 stack, having proven experience in Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
  • Manage ticket Q and collaborate effectively with other team members and wider IT teams to resolution
  • Monitor, update and resolve all end user peripherals including Print Server issues & teams rooms conference systems.
  • Collaborate with wider teams on Network Issues and Systems Engineering teams for resolution.
  • Engaging with 3rd party vendors.
  • Software and Peripheral Installation and management, attention to detail key
  • Always looking to find solutions to enhance user experience and system process
  • Hardware upgrades for workstations
  • Excellent Communication with co-workers and outside representatives is a must.
  • Prepare and update KB articles for the technical team and user community
  • Assist with office moves
  • Collaborate with wider IT teams, network, and engineering.
  • Perform other duties as defined by the Manager of Technical Services

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Information Systems, or equivalent
  • MCDST (Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) Certification or higher-level Microsoft certification is preferred.
  • Must have experience in Microsoft Endpoint Management, Microsoft Autopilot, JAMF iOS device management
  • Proven experience with Patch Management.
  • Aware of current IT trends and best practices
  • Experience with virtualization. Windows 365 & Azure VDI beneficial
  • Must have proven experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra
  • Must have W10, W11 and iOS experience.
  • MDM – Mobile Device Management and JAMF Management – Intune experience beneficial
  • PowerShell and scripting
  • Familiar with Microsoft Power Family
  • Effectively demonstrate technical troubleshooting
  • Office 365 & SharePoint support and administration
  • Advanced technical installation and troubleshooting experience
  • Effectively demonstrate ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain high quality work including ticket count and project work

Job Responsibilities

  • Creation and updating of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) objects – Workflows, Resources, Product Spec, Task List and etc.

  • At least 2 years working experience in Manufacturing environment with MES implementation and maintenance knowledge
  • Experience with CAMStar will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge and experience in business analytics using power BI tool.
  • Knowledge of Excel Macro , DAX , Power Query will be desirable

Skills

Role Overview

As the Compensation & Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for owning Rapsodo’s global payroll processes and working closely with our HR Business Partners to develop and optimize compensation strategies. Key Responsibilities

Ownership of Payroll Processing :

  • Manage end-to-end payroll for Rapsodo’s global operations, ensuring all payroll activities are accurate, timely, and compliant with regional tax regulations.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to align payroll data with compensation strategies, ensuring consistency and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure data accuracy throughout the payroll cycle, utilizing systems such as Infotech, Gusto, and KolayIK to streamline processes and enhance accuracy.

Compensation Analysis & Reporting :

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of compensation data, including salary benchmarking, internal pay equity, and market comparisons using industry-standard resources such as Mercer, Gallup, and Willis Towers Watson.
  • Prepare and present compensation reports, providing insights into trends, pay structures, and budget impacts for HR leadership and business units.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to optimize and review compensation packages that align with Rapsodo’s business goals.

HR Systems & Data Optimization :

  • Manage and optimize HR systems (Infotech, Gusto, KolayIK etc.) to ensure data integrity and smooth integration between systems.
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) to analyze large datasets, generate reports, and provide compensation insights.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and improve payroll and compensation processes, increasing efficiency and minimizing errors.

Compliance & Process Improvement :

  • Ensure compliance with payroll and compensation regulations in all regions, staying current with any changes in labor laws.
  • Drive continuous improvements in compensation processes, focusing on efficiency, automation, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Use data insights to support business decisions and contribute to Rapsodo’s long-term compensation strategy.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in payroll management and compensation, with exposure to Infotech and Gusto.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Humanities and/or Social Sciences (e.g., Philosophy, Sociology, Anthropology, History) with a strong understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other advanced functions.

SUMMARY Prometric Technical Services team is going through IT change and modernizing desktop managed devices and deployments. We are seeking individuals with excellent technical skillset and experience in working in a dynamic and busy IT environment. Candidate must have the ability to breakdown complex issues and can demonstrate excellent communication skills. IT Systems Analyst will play a crucial part and work as part of a Global Support Team to provide quality desktop and end user support for the Dundalk Office, remote users and Global locations. As a Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in this by collaborating across all teams and technologies and providing remote support and desk side IT support. The IT analyst must demonstrate as a self-starter and ability to independently resolve problems. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide level 1 and level 2 end user support. Including but not limited to physical and virtual machines, W10 & W11 OS and iOS operating systems, office365, Microsoft licensing, VPN, software upgrades and asset management. Familiar with software management and pushing software updates and patches to all corporate machines, using GoTo patching. Security and Windows Patch Management for Corporate Devices Demonstrate Best practices for Mobile Device Management Support and manage full Office 365 stack, having proven experience in Active Directory and Azure Active Directory Manage ticket Q and collaborate effectively with other team members and wider IT teams to resolution Monitor, update and resolve all end user peripherals including Print Server issues & teams rooms conference systems. Collaborate with wider teams on Network Issues and Systems Engineering teams for resolution. Engaging with 3rd party vendors. Software and Peripheral Installation and management, attention to detail key Always looking to find solutions to enhance user experience and system process Hardware upgrades for workstations Excellent Communication with co-workers and outside representatives is a must. Prepare and update KB articles for the technical team and user community Assist with office moves Collaborate with wider IT teams, network, and engineering. Perform other duties as defined by the Manager of Technical Services QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Information Systems, or equivalent MCDST (Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) Certification or higher-level Microsoft certification is preferred. Must have experience in Microsoft Endpoint Management, Microsoft Autopilot, JAMF iOS device management Proven experience with Patch Management. Aware of current IT trends and best practices Experience with virtualization. Windows 365 & Azure VDI beneficial Must have proven experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra Must have W10, W11 and iOS experience. MDM – Mobile Device Management and JAMF Management – Intune experience beneficial PowerShell and scripting Familiar with Microsoft Power Family Effectively demonstrate technical troubleshooting Office 365 & SharePoint support and administration Advanced technical installation and troubleshooting experience Effectively demonstrate ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain high quality work including ticket count and project work Experience in Microsoft Intune and GoTo Support suite. The awareness and determination to upskill, learn new technologies and be aware of current trends and technology. As a Systems Ops Analyst, you will have responsibility for delivering new enabling capabilities, developing and delivering solutions, resolving support issues and maintaining, managing and optimizing the overall performance and availability of the infrastructure. Whilst technology-delivery is core to our role, so too is the appreciation of how we enable the business and service availability.

Working as part of an experienced team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining infrastructure services and contributing to the infrastructure improvement programme. You will be working closely with Security, Networking, Development and Endpoint Operations teams.

What you will be doing:

Providing Support of IT Infrastructure – Windows Systems & Applications.

Ensuring adherence to group security and compliance policies.

Researching problems and issues, gather information from a range of physical and informational sources, review defects on platform or assembly in order to gain a complete understanding of the problem and all relevant circumstances.

Manage or work as part of a team in Infrastructure improvement projects.

Assist in creating BackupDisaster Recovery implementations and operations

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Install, configure, administer, maintain & support Microsoft Windows Server Operating systems (all versions)

Experience with a variety of IT administration & management frameworks.

Experience in Active Directory & Powershell

DNS, DHCP, VLANs

MS 365 Administration and Azure AD

Microsoft Exchange (hybrid) and SQL

Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager /Tanium

Hyper-V and VMware including ESXi installation, configuration and management

Backup and Recovery – Veeam

Administration skills for Cloud platforms.

Knowledge of HPE hardware including servers, storage and storage fabric
