Technical Project Manager (TPM) in Molex’s Copper Solutions Business Unit leads a world-wide cross-functional team through the New Product Development process from Project Initiation Approval to Start of Production. You will lead cross-functional teams, work directly with customers, mentor team members, solve problems, and be accountable for project-level decisions. • Proven ability to lead multi-national teams in a matrixed organization
• Fluent English communication, strong interpersonal skills, confident in interacting with multiple levels of stakeholders including C-Suites, Customers, and cross-functional teams

Position Summary:

The Technical Project Manager, or known as Engineering Delivery Manager within Thales, is responsible for leading the project team and delivering the project within committed budgets, schedules, quality and performance for successful bids and projects delivery. The candidate coordinates and monitors the implementation of all engineering tasks throughout the whole life cycle of a bid/project.
