Coach, motivate and mentor team members with the intent to build a credible and motivate team to serve our customer with pride, passion and professionalism.
Subject Matter Expert for all IPS Travel & Transport related domain, technologies and operations.
Profile & Other Information We are looking for a technical project manager with a strong solid experience in software and systems integration in the domain of Public Security – Travel and Transport as well as in management of complex projects in an international context. The candidate shall also be a manager for his/her team and embark them in a common vision. With a strong leadership, he/she will be able to work as a team with internal departments such as the IPS T&T regional team based in Singapore, the Solutions and Technical Authority team in France, and other Public Security business stakeholders. Autonomous, he/she has to anticipate and analyze the needs of our customers.
More than 10 - 15 years of technical experiences and 5 years of team management experiences.
Involved in many software development cycles and familiar in SDLC and/or agile project implementation.
Exceptionally strong analytical and problem solving skill.
