What Will You Do?

  • Media Strategy & Campaign Ownership
  • Lead the development and execution of end-to-end digital campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and programmatic (DV360).
  • Plan and manage campaigns for multiple sub-brands and business units within the client organization.
  • Prioritize business impact — including Net Revenue (NR), conversions, and ROI — over vanity metrics.
  • Own and present strategic media proposals, quarterly and annual plans, and campaign rationale decks.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive media budget growth.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Manage tight campaign timelines, pacing, and expectations across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted client advisor — responding promptly, managing feedback, and ensuring strategic alignment.
  • Lead or support performance reviews and key presentations (QBRs, PCRs, annual planning, etc.).
  • Oversee stakeholder communications to maintain clarity, momentum, and accountability.
  • Data, Analytics & Reporting
  • Analyze campaign data using platforms such as Looker Studio, Adobe Analytics, Supermetrics, and ad dashboards (Meta, Google, TikTok).
  • Translate campaign performance into actionable, business-oriented recommendations.
  • Partner with analytics and strategy teams to strengthen reporting structures and forecasting.
  • Platform & Channel Expertise
  • In-depth hands-on experience with major digital channels and tools:
  • Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok Ads, DV360
  • Looker Studio, Adobe Analytics, Supermetrics
  • Familiarity with eCommerce media and on-platform ads (Shopee, Lazada) is an advantage.
  • Continuously recommend channel optimizations and test new platforms aligned with campaign goals.
  • Team Collaboration & Campaign Execution
  • Provide daily guidance to junior team members (if applicable) on campaign execution, QA, and optimization.
  • Ensure junior-led campaigns align with strategic direction and meet performance goals.
  • Support the development of juniors’ strategic thinking and executional independence.

What Skills & Experience Do You Need?

  • 5–8 years of experience in digital media planning and performance marketing.
  • Proven ability to lead and guide junior team members.
  • Track record of driving business-oriented results (ROI, revenue, acquisition) from digital campaigns.
  • Background in banking, finance, loyalty, digital wallet, or e-commerce industries is a strong plus.
  • Proficient in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, DV360, Looker Studio, Adobe Analytics, Supermetrics
  • Comfortable managing campaigns across multiple business units with fast turnarounds and high expectations.
  • Strong skills in proposal building, data storytelling, and stakeholder communication.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support the forecasting process to define the overall demand plan, ensuring that the agreed upon demand plan is loaded in Rapid Response and other production planning tools to support timely production.
  • Help develop new product production demand plans to support new product launches while minimizing scrap of phased out products.
  • Collaborate and maintain relationships with business partners (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Document Control, Engineering, Finance, Purchasing, Production Planning, Quality Assurance) to gain insights on requirements, market trends, and capacity status.
  • Monitor and report forecast accuracy, implementing necessary action items to drive improvement.

  • Above 3 years’ experience within the Production and Material Planning process.
  • Excellent understanding of Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Consumer Service, and Distribution.
  • In-depth knowledge of demand forecasting principles and how the forecast impacts downstream business areas.
  • Strong quantitative, statistical, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate word problems into mathematical equations.
  • Ability to synthesize and filter inputs from multiple resources to identify key influences on future demand.
  • Excellent communication skills, including listening, writing, and speaking, along with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good negotiating skills to achieve desirable results without damaging relationships.
  • Strong Project Management skills.
  • Organizational agility, working through both formal and informal networks to gather necessary demand inputs.
  • Two to Five years of experience within the Supply Chain Planning process.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a continuous improvement environment.

Purpose of the role
To plan, schedule, coordinate, and manage all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work to ensure the continuous airworthiness and regulatory compliance of the aircraft fleet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage short, medium, and long-term aircraft maintenance plans in accordance with Approved Maintenance Programs, Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and company requirements.
  • Schedule and prepare aircraft maintenance work packages; generate and distribute man-hour plans and resource forecasts.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory and company maintenance schedules, airworthiness directives, modifications, and deferred defects.
  • Liaise and coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and operational teams to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks and real-time updates.
  • Track, maintain, and manage accurate records of maintenance planning activities and aircraft status in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support and participate in planning meetings (weekly, monthly, pre-input, base maintenance sessions etc.) and collaborate with procurement and supply chain for availability of spares/components.
  • Evaluate manufacturer technical documentation, updates, and regulatory changes, and amend maintenance plans as required.
  • Conduct maintenance forecasting (manpower/tooling/material), capacity management, and reliability monitoring.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes and systems, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.
  • Produce technical and management reports as required and support financial documentation for invoicing.
  • Observe all safety procedures and report potential hazards for prompt mitigation.
  • Develops, delegates and manages subcontracted planning tasks.
  • Assist the management as and when required.

Minimum Requirements

  • Degree in Aerospace/Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering or related field with 3 year experience in CAMO/Maintenance Planning.
  • Diploma in Aerospace/Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering or related field with 5 year experience in CAMO/Maintenance Planning.
  • Knowledge of EASA/CAA/CAMO regulatory frameworks and maintenance management systems.
  • Proficient in AMOS; strong documentation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Other Information

May be required to travel domestically and internationally, and occasionally support activity outside regular hours as business needs dictate.

Material Planning (Buyer) Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for raw material replenishment, maintaining supply visibility for at least 3 months.
  • Confirm delivery from suppliers for all purchase orders.
  • Expedite material deliveries to support production and customer orders.
  • Manage bottlenecks and allocation for materials in critical shortage.
  • Ensure master data integrity in SAP and add*ONE system to enable automatic MRP planning; maintain relevant Purchasing/Vendor master data.
  • Manage material auto-replenishment within warehouses via mini macro & min-max settings.
  • Monitor supplier delivery performance (SSL3) and define improvement measures.
  • Manage material phase-in/out due to engineering changes, product end-of-life, etc., and adjust planning accordingly.
  • Handle special procurement activities like Last Time Buy, purchases below MOQ, and risk purchases during vendor changes.
  • Review supplier capacity regularly and escalate constraints to Purchasing for resolution.
  • Manage safety stock levels to support business fluctuations.

LPV Responsibilities:

  • Support NPI, new launches, and ALRs as part of the logistics team.

  • Monitor assortment sales performance & highlight any anomalies observed (sudden sales spike / no sales) to Commercial team - Daily/Weekly/Monthly
  • Work with Commercial Team & Supplier for promotions / campaigns execution (volume & complexity is usually higher than daily orders) - As & when required.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to oversee inventory activities during product phase-in and phase-out

Requirements

Technical Experiences

  • Minimally 1-2 years of assuming planning role in FMCG environment or in position to deal with FMCG portfolio
  • Planning experience either in Supply Planning / Demand Planning function
  • Preferably with some exposure / experience / familiar with warehouse & logistics activities & system
  • Proficiency in excel application (beyond normal sum/subtract/divide/multiply function) minimally medium level as this role needs to deal with lot of data crunching.

Soft Skills

  • High analytical capability - good with numbers
  • Clear verbal & written communication skill set
  • Preferably with good negotiation skillset

Job Summary

Drives planning team to achieve continuous improvement in key materials metrics and provides exceptional support to customers, team members, and shareholders.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the management, leadership and development of the Planning Department within a local Site .
  • Creates and implements new planning strategies.
  • Reviews capacity modules and schedules.
  • Ensures material liability coverage and master schedule data integrity.
  • Monitors Key Performance Metrics of the Department.
  • Ensures robust processes and documentation such as procedures and work instructions are implemented and maintained.
  • Has responsibility for departmental budgeting.
  • Analyzes revenue trends for the plant and provides updates to stakeholders.

Job Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong knowledge of global and regional logistics operations and industry.
  • Strong proficiency in determining logistics requirements to enable company’s business goals and objectives with ability to devise and implement strategy to achieve targets.
  • Strong financial and analytical ability. Proficiency in managing business analytics to determine optimum company footprint.
  • Strong knowledge of international direct and indirect taxes as well as global customs regimes.
  • Proven track record of successful change management accomplishments, implementing and management continuous productivity and cost reduction programs.
  • Strong and convincing communication skills.
  • Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent; MBA preferred but not required.
  • 9 to 12 years related Materials experience including 6 years in a management role.
  • Advanced PC skills including knowledge of Jabil's software packages.
  • APICS/NAPM certification preferred but not required.
  • Or a combination of education, experience and/or training.

Job Description Purpose of the role To plan, schedule, coordinate, and manage all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work to ensure the continuous airworthiness and regulatory compliance of the aircraft fleet. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage short, medium, and long-term aircraft maintenance plans in accordance with Approved Maintenance Programs, Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and company requirements. Schedule and prepare aircraft maintenance work packages; generate and distribute man-hour plans and resource forecasts. Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory and company maintenance schedules, airworthiness directives, modifications, and deferred defects. Liaise and coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and operational teams to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks and real-time updates. Track, maintain, and manage accurate records of maintenance planning activities and aircraft status in accordance with regulatory requirements. Support and participate in planning meetings (weekly, monthly, pre-input, base maintenance sessions etc.) and collaborate with procurement and supply chain for availability of spares/components. Evaluate manufacturer technical documentation, updates, and regulatory changes, and amend maintenance plans as required. Conduct maintenance forecasting (manpower/tooling/material), capacity management, and reliability monitoring. Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes and systems, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment. Produce technical and management reports as required and support financial documentation for invoicing. Observe all safety procedures and report potential hazards for prompt mitigation. Develops, delegates and manages subcontracted planning tasks. Assist the management as and when required. Minimum Requirements Degree in Aerospace/Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering or related field with 3 year experience in CAMO/Maintenance Planning. Diploma in Aerospace/Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering or related field with 5 year experience in CAMO/Maintenance Planning. Knowledge of EASA/CAA/CAMO regulatory frameworks and maintenance management systems. Proficient in AMOS; strong documentation and presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Other Information May be required to travel domestically and internationally, and occasionally support activity outside regular hours as business needs dictate. Adherence to all company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols is mandatory.
