1. Good logical thinking ability, team management ability, and teamwork awareness, adept at identifying problems and proposing solutions.

More than 10 years of experience in network product implementation and maintenance management , proficient in IP routing and switch technology, as well as proficient in network security and wireless technology, familiar with the configuration and management of various mainstream network products, and familiar with network security products and systems.
3.You need to have experience in IDC data center or large enterprise network design and planning, overall solution design, rich experience in network project implementation and operation and maintenance management, and be familiar with network project construction standards (network
equipment scale of more than 1,000 units, wide geographical distribution and multiple branches, and technical difficulty and breadth meet internal requirements).
4. LAN and WLAN: Proficient in mainstream H3C, Cisco, Aruba campus, and data center wired and wireless technologies.
5. WAN: Proficient in OSPF protocol, BGP protocol, MPLS VPN, VMware and Cisco's SD-WAN, various VPN technologies
7. Management software: Proficient in Zabbix, Grafana, ELK, IP address management platform, Fortinet management platform, configuring backup servers, network and security automation orchestration, etc.
8. Network physical resources: Proficient in DC well, bridge, information room, and routing standards, and have more than 5 years of experience in implementing relevant standards, risk transformation, expansion, and scheme review.
9. Proficient in collaborating with others, possessing excellent communication skills, as well as excellent written and oral expression skills.
10. Proficient in analyzing and reflecting network conditions and member performance through reports.
11. Excellent team management skills are preferred, with experience in remote team management across multiple distributions.
12. Having ITIL is a plus, Necessary qualified CCNP or equivalent certification for Aruba or H3C. Attended CCIE bootcamp and having CCIE Written is a plus.
13. Proficient in at least one mainstream large-scale networking solution and redundant
backup solution in the industry, and have experience in implementation, deployment,
and operation and maintenance.
14. Familiar with multi-branch interconnection technology and solutions, familiar with
the use of mainstream network management platforms.
15. Having the ability to analyse and solve complex network problems, and having
experience in designing, planning, implementing, and maintaining network construction
projects are preferred.
Job responsibilities:
1. This position is an indispensable position for the network team and the company as a regional network leader in managing network related matters within the region.
2. Responsible for managing data centers, workplace network systems, and teams within the region.
3. Lead Troubleshooting and Diagnostics : Error Interpretation , RCA and Diagnostics , Performance Optimization ) , SPOF and bottleneck identification whereinresponsible for optimizing network quality, performance analysis, troubleshooting, problem diagnosis, continuous improvement and optimization within the region, establishing network operation and maintenance records, monitoring network security, ensuring efficient transmission of internal data, and ensuring the safe and stable operation of various systems;
4. Responsible for the construction and operation management (new construction and acquisition) of the company's data center network and workplace network.
5. Lead the network operation and maintenance team to promote standardized management of IT projects, improve IT project control capabilities and project delivery quality.
6. Cooperate with the execution and implementation of relevant network and system planning and do a good job in resource management and control.
7. Develop appropriate operation and maintenance standards and documents, guide and supervise the network operation and maintenance team to do a good job in daily operation and maintenance work, optimize the workflow of the network operation and maintenance team, and improve work efficiency.
8. Responsible in Device Setup and Configuration script (Template), Network Design and Planning: Capacity, Scaling (Day 0, Day 1 and Day 1+N)
9. Responsible in Documentation and Knowledge Management: Automation and Tooling, Monitoring and Controls, PPM and reporting
10. Maintain relationships with partners and operators and supervise service quality.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced NOC Engineer to join our team in Malaysia. This role involves monitoring and supporting our 24/7 Content Delivery Network (CDN), a global SaaS cloud solution with over 300 locations.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the performance of CDN, cloud services to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Investigate critical alerts and restoring normal operations.
- Document and track network issues, contributing to a knowledge-based system.
- Provide first-level IT support to internal teams, addressing hardware, software, connectivity issues, etc.
- Supervise and enforce the process of granting access to systems while ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Assess the potential impact of maintenance activities on nodes
- Monitor and address cases involving copyright violations, illegal content, and other abuse activities.
- Participate in projects
- Provide support via email, web portals, and occasionally over the phone.
- Collaborate with escalation teams to resolve service issues efficiently.
- Adhere to company processes and undertake additional duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Malaysians only.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Experienced level: 0-3 years
- Open to Fresh graduates; internship experience in NOC/IT support is a plus.
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends & Public Holidays.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Salary range:
RM 3 500 - RM 6 000 (depending on experience)

Job Title: Senior Network Operations Analyst
Reports to: IT Senior Manager – Network Engineering and Operations
Department: AVEVA IT Infrastructure and Operations
Job Purpose
The Senior Network Operations Analyst provides Tier-2 support for AVEVA’s global IP networks. The candidate will work closely with IT Network Engineers to provide support AVEVA’s network and network security services, including LAN, WAN, WiFi, firewalls, load balancers, cloud networking and many other. This position provides a terrific opportunity to gain experience working with large enterprise scale IP networking and cyber security infrastructures.
Responsibilities – You will do:
The individual will be involved in the following critical activities:
- Monitor ServiceNow incident tickets.
- Review Network Monitoring dashboards to monitor network health and respond to network alerts.
- Respond to service requests submitted by end users. Review and assign requests to other team members or, where appropriate, implement the requested service.
- Perform software upgrades on network devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network and application problems.
- Contact and work with Internet Service Providers on network circuit issues.
- Escalate problems to Tier-3 network engineers.
- Implement scheduled changes planned by network engineering.
- Work closely with end users, IT service desk and incident management teams to manage incidents.
- Update CMDB data and network documents.
- Provide 24x7 network support coverage as a member of AVEVA’s network team. We rely on a follow-the-sun model and split coverage between two teams located in the Americas region and APAC region, including on weekends.
- Work assigned tasks with network engineering to deliver IT projects.
- Help mentor junior level Network Operations Analysts.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or a related field, or equivalent training such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP training.
- At least three years of IP network operations support or similar work experience.
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN and WiFi technologies and protocols.
- Good understanding of networking concepts, including routing and switching, and topics covered in Cisco CCNA.
- Experience troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
- Experience with MS Windows operating system, including troubleshooting.
- Familiar with Apple iOS or Android OS.
- Experience working with Service Management software such as ServiceNow or other similar platforms.
- Experience working and interacting with end users to troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel and Visio.
- Strong work ethics and a desire to learn.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field highly desirable
- Cisco CCNA or CCNP level hands-on knowledge
- Scripting and programming skills such as Python and PowerShell
- Security knowledge, especially with firewalls
- Familiarity with Linux and MacOS
- Public Cloud networking

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or a related field, or equivalent training such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP training.
At least three years of IP network operations support or similar work experience.
Knowledge of LAN, WAN and WiFi technologies and protocols.
Good understanding of networking concepts, including routing and switching, and topics covered in Cisco CCNA.
Experience troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
Experience with MS Windows operating system, including troubleshooting.
Familiar with Apple iOS or Android OS.
Experience working with Service Management software such as ServiceNow or other similar platforms.
Experience working and interacting with end users to troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel and Visio.
Strong work ethics and a desire to learn.
Desirable Knowledge and Skills – A PLUS
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field highly desirable

Job Purpose
The Senior Network Operations Analyst provides Tier-2 support for AVEVA’s global IP networks. The candidate will work closely with IT Network Engineers to provide support AVEVA’s network and network security services, including LAN, WAN, WiFi, firewalls, load balancers, cloud networking and many other. This position provides a terrific opportunity to gain experience working with large enterprise scale IP networking and cyber security infrastructures.
Responsibilities – You will do:
The individual will be involved in the following critical activities:
Monitor ServiceNow incident tickets. Review Network Monitoring dashboards to monitor network health and respond to network alerts. Respond to service requests submitted by end users. Review and assign requests to other team members or, where appropriate, implement the requested service. Perform software upgrades on network devices. Troubleshoot and resolve network and application problems. Contact and work with Internet Service Providers on network circuit issues. Escalate problems to Tier-3 network engineers. Implement scheduled changes planned by network engineering. Work closely with end users, IT service desk and incident management teams to manage incidents. Update CMDB data and network documents. Provide 24x7 network support coverage as a member of AVEVA’s network team. We rely on a follow-the-sun model and split coverage between two teams located in the Americas region and APAC region, including on weekends. Work assigned tasks with network engineering to deliver IT projects. Help mentor junior level Network Operations Analysts.
Requirements – You will have:
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or a related field, or equivalent training such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP training. At least three years of IP network operations support or similar work experience. Knowledge of LAN, WAN and WiFi technologies and protocols. Good understanding of networking concepts, including routing and switching, and topics covered in Cisco CCNA. Experience troubleshooting network connectivity issues. Experience with MS Windows operating system, including troubleshooting. Familiar with Apple iOS or Android OS. Experience working with Service Management software such as ServiceNow or other similar platforms. Experience working and interacting with end users to troubleshoot network connectivity issues. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel and Visio. Strong work ethics and a desire to learn.
Desirable Knowledge And Skills – A PLUS
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field highly desirable Cisco CCNA or CCNP level hands-on knowledge Scripting and programming skills such as Python and PowerShell Security knowledge, especially with firewalls Familiarity with Linux and MacOS Public Cloud networking

The Network Operations Center (NOC) Analyst quickly and efficiently resolves customer issues and requests for support, via phone, email, and the CRM ticketing system. The NOC analyst troubleshoots a variety of satellite and ground-based IP and telephony networks, maintains a proactive approach towards problem solving, performs daily QC checks of system software, and validates and tests system configurations.
Duties and Responsibilities- Troubleshooting and Support: Conduct first-level troubleshooting across a variety of systems, including IP networks, satellite, land, maritime, and avionics systems, with a focus on Cisco technologies and advanced network troubleshooting techniques.
- Incident Management: Manage incidents by documenting, prioritizing, and reporting according to impact and severity. Participate in the processes to assess, approve, and smoothly implement network changes.
- Network Monitoring: Utilize Network Management System (NMS) tools to proactively monitor network health, identifying performance bottlenecks and capacity issues, and recommend solutions to ensure network reliability and efficiency.
- Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and collaborate with peers to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing.
- 2+ years of progressive experience in the VSAT telecommunications industry.
- A technical degree or diploma is an advantage.
- Knowledge of commercial satellite acquisition procedures (Iridium, Inmarsat, Thuraya), IP routing and switching, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Quality of Service (QoS), Voice and Data, wireless technologies and security, Inmarsat and Iridium products including installation and support experience, iDirect satellite experience, Newtec MDM satellite modem experience is beneficial.

- Fluent English is required. A second language is beneficial.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.

This position requires day and night shift rotations in order to meet 24/7/365 support requirements for global customers. As a Network Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, and support of the organization's network infrastructure. You will be working closely with the Senior Network Engineers and other IT professionals, on relevant projects, and ensure that the network keeps running with no constrains to our clients.
Key duties and responsibilities
Support and implement complex network solutions to meet business needs
Configure and manage network hardware, including switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers
Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues, ensuring optimal network performance and availability
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the smooth operation of the network and its integration with other systems
Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues and users at various levels within the organization
To be successful you will have:
Min 3 years of multivendor network/security hands on experience
Knowledge with multivendor network design, Fortinet/Aruba is desirable
Knowledge on WiFi network solutions implementation and troubleshooting
