Asset Managers (Native Korean / Japanese speaker) - Non-shift

Responsibilities

• Deliver Asset Management services for multiple IT customers.
• Act as the single point of contact for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage, track, report, and resolve issues related to customers' IB data.
• Support customers in managing the lifecycle of HW and SW assets to mitigate risks, optimize TCO, and improve customer experience.

Key Job Duties

• Ensure customer Install Based is correctly aligned with contracts, locations, and service coverage levels.
• Lead the implementation of Asset Management services.
• Onboard new customers and reconcile IB data from various sources.
• Identify discrepancies and manage MACD activities.
• Provide ongoing IB maintenance support and collaborate cross-functionally.

Required Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in Korean and Japanese (written and verbal).
• Bachelor's degree with minimum of 2 years of customer engagement experience including 2 years of experience in IB Management or Data Management or similar
• Strong understanding of business model, product portfolio, and GTM strategies.
• Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivots, formulas) and experience with data analysis.
• Proficiency in reporting tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
