Your role:
- Work as part of our Global View Implementation team to facilitate client data mapping and translation to GlobalView data structures and values.
Key responsibilities:
- Own data integration into GlobalView.
- Facilitate client data mapping and translation.
- Handle client data conversion, loading, and verification.
- Advise clients based on previous HCM integration experience.
- Partner with GlobalView Consultants on data configuration and readiness.
- Ensure quality of integration solutions and client satisfaction.
- Transition client artifacts into client services.
- Create an inspiring team environment, set goals, and track metrics.
Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of payroll configuration experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- At least 4 years in implementation or client service roles.
- Familiarity with Workday, Oracle, SuccessFactors, or similar HR systems.
- Payroll background.
- Experience in data mapping, translation, and conversion.
- Experience leading HCM integration teams (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, WFN).
- Experience as an Integration/Interface consultant.
- Experience in client-facing consulting roles.
- Experience managing client relationships.

Job description :
- Responsible for timely documentation of technical design and specifications in accordance with the business specifications and Allianz project standards
- Ensure timely completion of integration coding with project schedule.
- Compliance of frontline development functions to System Development Guideline and Standards.
- Quality of frontline systems developed and implemented in fulfilling system specifications and user requirements.
- Constant communication with team members/users
- Keeping up to date with advances in computer technology and how this affects the business environment.
- Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures and algorithm design, and complexity analysis
- Collaborate daily with other frontend developers, backend developers, full software development lifecycle.
- Software development fundamentals, including testing, troubleshooting and using version control.
- Build/Reuse reusable component of integration point and common functionality according to spec.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related integration between applications and ability to guide and review the codes of the junior developer for Senior position.
- Strong knowledge of Integration methods like SOAP/RESTFUL/MQ/XML/JSON/Kafka etc to integrate between applications and exception handling.
- Preferably with hands-on experience of specific ESB tools like IBM Integration Bus or IBM App Connect Enterprise.
- Ability to create component-based reusable and testable modules and pages.
- Familiar with and/or have experience with Agile development under the SCRUM methodology.
- Highly adaptable and ability to pick up new skills in a short period of time.
- Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills as well as detail oriented.
- Team players with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in backend such as Java and DB2/oracle database as well as SQL programming.

The Medical Affairs department is the clinical research, scientific communication and clinical advocacy arm of ResMed. We ensure that ResMed’s products are safe and effective, and we communicate the benefits to policy makers, healthcare providers, clinicians and patients to ensure patients have the best access to care.
The function of Clinical Integration sits in the Clinical Communications & Integration team in Medical Affairs, and it aims to integrate our global clinical content across the Medical Affairs functions, as well as internally to the business. This includes ensuring access to knowledge assets both for Medical Affairs and the whole ResMed organisation. The Clinical Communications & Integration team is globally distributed, with Clinical Integration Specialists based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, reporting to the Manager, Clinical Integration.
Responsibilities
- Manage label review workflows for Medical Affairs; this includes review of content for clinical accuracy.
- Support process management of label review needs for Medical Affairs; may also include content review to support external materials.
- Support the build of systems and processes to ensure the Clinical Integration team can grow with scale with ResMed’s needs.
- Understand ResMed’s products and services for clinical application to actively and effectively conduct literature searches as applicable to the role.
- Learn about software tools for scientific publications in order to assist users in their requests for information, including purchasing articles if required, creating bibliographies and research folders for particular subjects.
- Update and organise the knowledge management training materials for users to help make training easy and accessible to a range of users.
- Ensure inquiries received through the clinical integration inbox are being responded to appropriately and timely.
- Proactively contribute to clinical integration initiatives and identify areas of improvement for knowledge management services to the medical affairs organization.
- Provide regular progress updates to managers and present key project updates to broader Medical Affairs teams.
- Manage the Medical Affairs intranet and support communication of Medical Knowledge platforms and updates across the organisation.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in science or clinical field; Master’s degree would be preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- Strong clinical/academic background in sleep and respiratory medicine.
- Experience in working with or deep understanding of published clinical trials.
- Experience in literature searches, with ability to provide intelligent summary of findings.
- Independent individual contributor; experience in proactively moving projects toward goals with a remote team and collaborating across multiple time zones.
- Experience with clinical content within a regulated commercial organization (e.g. pharma, medtech, medical device).
- Computer proficiency is a must with experience and/or interest in learning new software tools and genAI platforms.
- Experience with purchase requisitions and accounts codes would be helpful.

As a Senior Integration Developer, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining integration solutions using the MuleSoft platform. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability across various applications and services. Your expertise in MuleSoft and integration best practices will be crucial in driving our integration initiatives forward.
You will be joining a team with mature and established processes and platforms, where you can help to increase its capabilities.
This position is a Global position and individual contributor.
Areas of responsibility :
- Design and Development: Create and implement integration solutions using MuleSoft, ensuring high performance, scalability and reliability.
- Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to standards, and optimal performance.
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Testing and Debugging: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure functionality and stability of integration solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain documentation to ensure compliance with QA audits and regulatory standards.
- Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integration solutions, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts, to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft features, integration trends, and best practices. Apply this knowledge to improve existing solutions.
- Support during US and Europe time zones: Due to the significant number of users based in these regions, candidates should be prepared to work late hours at least a couple of times per week to ensure effective collaboration and support for stakeholders in those regions.
Suggested profiles:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in integration development with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Anypoint Studio, API Manager, and CloudHub. Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP web services, XML, JSON, and data transformation.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Planning / Co-coordinating abilities
- Understanding of cross-functional and global work environments.
- Cross-culture communication: Ability to collaborate with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MuleSoft Certified Developer or Architect certifications.
- Experience with other integration platforms.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Knowledge of Log Analytics, such as ELK stack, Splunk, etc.
