The Role

As a Cloud & Digital Workplace Analyst, you will provide first-line support for virtual servers and Microsoft Azure environments. • Maintain accurate ticket documentation and update knowledge base where needed.
• Assist with daily reporting and shift handovers.

Your Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure roles.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Azure portal, and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing systems.
• Understanding of patching, backups (Commvault, Veeam, Avamar), and system monitoring.
• Willingness to learn scripting and automation (PowerShell/Azure CLI).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, AZ-900, AZ-104, ITIL Foundation, VMware Certified Technical Associate (VCTA), VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Endpoint Administrator (MD-102), Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamentals (MS-900)) are a plus.

• Digital Workplace : Support on-premises servers, routine user/system operations, and hybrid infrastructure, including monitoring server health with tools like LogicMonitor, logging and triaging incidents, troubleshooting server issues, handling service requests, escalating complex issues, supporting patching and backup tasks, following change management processes, maintaining documentation, and assisting with reporting and shift handovers.

Public Cloud

Your Experience

• 0–2 years in IT support or infrastructure roles.

As the Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer , you will report directly to the Head of Cloud Platform, and work on setting up and maintaining a robust and highly automated cloud infrastructure. You will be part of the team in building from scratch our cloud-native capability, with a focus on optimizing for cost, enabling software developers to develop quickly, with a strong focus on automation and cloud-native cybersecurity practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical hands-on ability

• Work closely with Head of Cloud Platform and other seniors to design and set up the cloud infrastructure to support data science/AI development, software development as well as production environments, with cost, cybersecurity and infrastructure-as-code as key considerations
• Working collaboratively with other teams and enabling professional growth and learning
• Build and maintain cloud monitoring and automation solutions to improve daily operations
• Develop a self-service model that treats data scientists and software developers as customers and empowers software developers to develop in an agile manner with the right governance guardrails
• Implement observability, monitoring and alerts to enable real time monitoring of cloud environments.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a technology expert and practitioner, building and scaling cloud infrastructure with at least 6 years in the software industry.
• Experience maintaining cloud infrastructure for production use cases with stringent service level standards and where downtime has a material impact on the business.
• Deep experience with Amazon Web Services(AWS), and ideally Azure, and with infrastructure-as-code technology eg. Terraform and cloud-native tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to approach complex business problems in a structured and logical manner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer , your role is to work with the rest of team members on the design, implementation and managing cloud infrastructure solutions. Your deep knowledge on AWS and Azure will indirectly help business to improve systems availability. You will be working in an agile environment, while adhering to industry best practices and DevSecOps methodologies.

Make An Impact By

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS and Azure
• Utilize Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep and CloudFormation to automate the provisioning and management of cloud resources
• Collaborate with development/project teams to identify and implement cloud-based solutions that meet application, business and security needs
• Implement CI/CD pipelines that incorporate security measures following DevSecOps principles
• Monitor cloud infrastructure for performance, availability and security, responding to incidents and alerts as necessary
• Conduct regular assessments of cloud architectures to identify areas for optimization and improvement
• Document cloud architecture, processes, and best practices for development and operation teams
• Provide technical support and guidance for cloud-related queries and issues

Skills For Success

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-4 years proven experience with cloud services on AWS/ Azure, including architecture design and implementation
• Strong proficiency in IaC tools: Terraform, Bicep and CloudFormation
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation tasks
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills for cloud environment
• Solid understanding of DevSecOps practices, tools, and methodologies
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices, compliance standards, and risk management
• Candidates with Container/Kubernetes experience are highly welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities:

Network Administration

• Design, implement and manage network infrastructure
• Monitor network performance and ensure security compliance
• Maintain and implement cross/multi cloud networking
• Implement network segmentation and access control to improve security
• Implement and maintain monitoring systems to proactively identify performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and other issues.

Cloud Infrastructure Management, Capacity Planning and Monitoring

• Maintain and optimize cloud-based infrastructure
• Deploy, configure, and manage Linux and Windows servers using automation tools
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure performance, security, scalability
• Assess system capacity and performance requirement, implement scalable solutions that meet future growth needs

Cloud FinOps

• Monitor and analyze cloud spending across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud)
• Work with finance teams to ensure accurate cloud budgeting, forecasting, and chargeback models
• Optimize storage, networking, and computing costs without impacting performance
• Leverage FinOps tools (AWS Cost Explorer, Azure Cost Management, Alibaba Cloud Cost Center, etc.)

Security and Compliance

• Collaborate with DevOps and Security team to manage and optimize infrastructure resources and ensure application of industry standard security
• Collaborate with development teams to design and implement secure infrastructure architectures, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and data
• Ensuring compliance with security, audits and regulatory requirements

Incident Response and Troubleshooting

• Collaborate with different functional teams to address incidents and restore services quickly. Investigate and resolve incidents, apply root cause analysis to prevent recurrence

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network or related field
• Proven 3 experience in a Cloud Network or Cloud Infrastructure role
• Strong experience in site reliability engineering, infrastructure engineering, cloud architecture or a similar role.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba Cloud) and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes is a plus.

Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer , you will report directly to the Head of Cloud Platform, and work on setting up and maintaining a robust and highly automated cloud infrastructure. You will be part of the team in building from scratch our cloud-native capability, with a focus on optimizing for cost, enabling software developers to develop quickly, with a strong focus on automation and cloud-native cybersecurity practices. Key Responsibilities: Technical hands-on ability Work closely with Head of Cloud Platform and other seniors to design and set up the cloud infrastructure to support data science/AI development, software development as well as production environments, with cost, cybersecurity and infrastructure-as-code as key considerations Working collaboratively with other teams and enabling professional growth and learning Build and maintain cloud monitoring and automation solutions to improve daily operations Develop a self-service model that treats data scientists and software developers as customers and empowers software developers to develop in an agile manner with the right governance guardrails Implement observability, monitoring and alerts to enable real time monitoring of cloud environments. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a technology expert and practitioner, building and scaling cloud infrastructure with at least 6 years in the software industry. Experience maintaining cloud infrastructure for production use cases with stringent service level standards and where downtime has a material impact on the business. Deep experience with Amazon Web Services(AWS), and ideally Azure, and with infrastructure-as-code technology eg. Terraform and cloud-native tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to approach complex business problems in a structured and logical manner.
